dc.description.abstractLa Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito De La Provincia de Vélez “COOPSERVIVELEZ” es una cooperativa sin ánimo de lucro que basa su modelo de negocio en principios cooperativos como la ayuda mutua, la responsabilidad, la democracia y la equidad. Estos valores fundamentales promueven el bienestar de sus miembros y la comunidad en general, permitiéndole mantener su relevancia en un entorno financiero de cambios constantes impulsados por los avances tecnológicos Sin prejuicio de lo anterior es de resaltar que la empresa necesita contar con una planeación estratégica, ya que no la tiene actualmente y es un proceso vital para cualquier organización; esta herramienta dinámica y flexible permite establecer metas claras, identificar oportunidades y desafíos, y definir estrategias efectivas para alcanzar el éxito a mediano y largo plazo; para tal fin es necesario realizar análisis de auditorías internas y externas, Estos análisis permiten obtener una visión completa de la situación actual de la empresa, identificar sus fortalezas y debilidades internas, así como las oportunidades y amenazas presentes en el entorno externo. En síntesis, la planeación estratégica es una herramienta esencial para el éxito sostenible de COOPSERVIVELEZ. Al implementarla, la cooperativa podrá navegar de manera más efectiva hacia sus metas y asegurarse de que su misión y valores estén reflejados en todas sus acciones y decisiones.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Savings and Credit Cooperative of the Province of Vélez "COOPSERVIVELEZ" is a non-profit cooperative that bases its business model on cooperative principles such as mutual aid, responsibility, democracy and equity. These core values promote the well-being of its members and the community at large, allowing it to remain relevant in an ever-changing financial environment driven by technological advances. Without prejudice to the above, it is worth noting that the company needs to have strategic planning, since it does not currently have it and it is a vital process for any organization; This dynamic and flexible tool allows you to set clear goals, identify opportunities and challenges, and define effective strategies to achieve success in the medium and long term. For this purpose it is necessary to carry out analyzes of internal and external audits. These analyzes allow obtaining a complete vision of the current situation of the company, identifying its internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats present in the external environment. In summary, strategic planning is an essential tool for the sustainable success of COOPSERVIVELEZ. By implementing it, the cooperative will be able to navigate more effectively towards its goals and ensure that its mission and values are reflected in all its actions and decisions.
