dc.description.abstract“EL MUNDO ROMPE A TODOS, PERO ALGUNOS SERÁN FUERTES EN LOS LUGARES ROTOS”, es un proyecto artístico, escultórico, que busca materializar de forma poética un proceso de sanación, en el que una persona logra trascender experiencias negativas, asumiendo estas bajo un cambio de actitud y una perspectiva distinta, mucho más positiva, llegando así a convertirse en un ser resiliente. La materialidad de la creación artística se resuelve a partir de resina y fibra de vidrio como materiales centrales, con el fin de apropiarse simbólicamente de la trascendencia y la resiliencia, estableciendo una comunicación con el espectador. El proyecto despliega su contenido conceptual por medio del análisis de términos psicológicos que hacen un recuento del proceso que se quiere materializar, tales como el recuerdo, el olvido motivado como mecanismo de defensa del ego y la resiliencia. Esta última es la base, de allí se despliega el proyecto, pues hace referencia a la capacidad humana de asumir con flexibilidad situaciones limitantes y escenarios traumáticos, teniendo el valor de sobreponerse a ellos y fortaleciéndose a sí mismo. Este proceso de cambio se efectúa a través de la metamorfosis, entendida como la capacidad de trascender de un estado a otro. Al conjugar lo formal y lo conceptual, se busca representar con una visión particular, cómo una persona lleva a cabo el proceso de sanación, donde lucha con sus recuerdos desagradables, tomando un tiempo de introspección dentro de su capullo, para comenzar a ver el mundo desde una perspectiva distinta. Esta escultura translucida de apariencia orgánica contiene una disposición lumínica dentro de sí, que le aporta fuerza a la pieza, otorgándole cierta sensación de vida interna. Estas son unas de las emociones que se desea que el espectador logre experimentar. Igualmente, se dispone la pieza, de forma tal, que el público realice sus interpretaciones según su perspectiva.
dc.description.abstractenglish“THE WORLD BREAKS EVERYONE, BUT SOME ARE STRONG IN THE BROKEN PLACES” is an artistic, sculptural project that seeks to materialize poetically a process of healing, in which a person transcends negative experiences, assuming these under a different attitude and a distinct perspective, much more positive, thus becoming a resilient being. The materiality of the artistic creation is solved from resin and fiberglass as central materials, in order to symbolically appropriate transcendence and resilience, establishing a communication with the viewer. The project deploys its conceptual content through the analysis of psychological terms that make a recount of the process that should be materialized, such as memory, motivated forgetting as ego defense mechanism and resilience. The latter is the base, from there the project deploys, because it refers to the human ability to flexibly assume constraining situations and traumatic scenarios, having the courage to overcome them and strengthening themselves. This change process is effected by means of metamorphosis, understood as the ability to transcend from one state to another. Combining the formal and the conceptual, the artist seeks to represent with a particular vision, how a person performs the healing process, where he struggles with his unpleasant memories, taking a time of introspection inside his cocoon, to start seeing the world from a different perspective. This translucent sculpture of organic appearance contains a luminous arrangement within itself, which gives strength to the piece, imparting certain feel of inner life. These are some of the emotions that the viewer wants to experience. Likewise, the piece is arranged in a way that the public performs its interpretations according to its perspective
