dc.description.abstractEste documento presenta las actividades realizadas durante la ejecución de la práctica empresarial en la empresa Uriel Hernández ingeniería Civil S.A.S. en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Durante el desarrollo de la práctica se llevaron a cabo visitas técnicas en las cuales se realizaron registros fotográficos y levantamientos de las zonas a intervenir. Así mismo, se realizaron actividades de apoyo en implementación de metodología BIM y realización de presupuestos para proyectos de obras de ingeniería civiles enfocados a el mejoramiento y mantenimiento de propiedades horizontales. Estos presupuestos fueron ejecutados por medio de análisis de precios unitarios y estimaciones de cantidades, contemplando costo de herramientas, materiales, transporte y mano de obra. Se presenta el aporte en la implementación de REVIT a los diferentes proyectos desarrollados a lo largo del desempeño en la empresa, esto visto como una herramienta ideal para la visualización y socialización del proyecto a ejecutar.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document presents the activities carried out during the business practice in the company Uriel Hernández Ingeniería Civil S.A.S. in the city of Bucaramanga. During the development of the practice, technical visits were made to make photographic records and surveys of the areas to be intervened. Likewise, support activities were carried out in the implementation of BIM methodology and budgeting of civil engineering works projects focused on the improvement and maintenance of horizontal properties. These budgets were executed through Unit Price Analysis and quantity estimates, considering the cost of tools, materials, transportation, and labor. The contribution in the implementation of REVIT to the different projects developed throughout the performance in the company is presented, this seen as an ideal tool for the visualization and socialization of the project to be executed.
