| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de la intervención con la población juvenil infractora era desarrollar un proceso que identificará las principales problemáticas de los jóvenes y que injiriera a nivel personal, familiar y social. El enfoque teórico del presente trabajo es el psicoanálisis, ya que éste permitió establecer las causas de la formación caracterológica antisocial, enlazada a los factores sociológicos. La metodología empleada en el proceso fue el acercamiento, a la vivencia institucional de la Fundación Hogares Claret (FHC) y a la población objetivo, posteriormente el desarrollo del proceso de intervención, la evaluación del accionar profesional y la aplicación de la teoría en la práctica. Las principales limitaciones encontradas durante el desarrollo de la práctica fueron: la escasa participación de las familias en el proceso terapéutico de los jóvenes, la insuficiencia de recursos para el desarrollo de las actividades y el limitado alcance del modelo terapéutico en la problemática de los adolescentes. Entre las principales conclusiones a nivel teórico y metodológico son: la forma como se establezcan las primeras relaciones entre el niño y los progenitores en los primeros años de vida de éste, determinará la adaptación de éste a la cultura y la adquisición o aparición de conductas antisociales en los adolescentes. A nivel metodológico se puede concluir que las propuestas alternativas basadas en la lúdica y recreación en los modelos terapéuticos con jóvenes infractores de la ley penal, contribuyen a la re-socialización de los mismos de manera más efectiva, por otro lado la concatenación de las intervenciones individuales y familiares contribuyen a la identificación de las problemáticas del joven y la atención en la misma. El aporte del accionar profesional, radica en la propuesta al modelo terapéutico de la FHC, mediante la creación de un espacio radial a la emisora de la Universidad Industrial de Santander (U.I.S. A.M.) con la participación de los jóvenes infractores, las familias de los mismos, los funcionarios de la FHC y la comunidad universitaria. Este espacio radial beneficiará directamente a la población juvenil en el proceso terapéutico y de reinserción social. El presente documento está dividido en seis capítulos así: el primero, contiene el marco referencial; el segundo, presenta una ubicación contextual organizacional; el tercero, la caracterización de la población, el análisis y la evaluación de la intervención profesional; el cuarto, la propuesta desde el Trabajo Social; el quinto, las conclusiones; y, por último, el sexto, las recomendaciones. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of the intervention with the population juvenile offender was to develop a process that will identify the main problems of the youths and that it took at personal, family and social level. The theoretical focus of the present work is the psychoanalysis, since this allowed to establish the causes of the formation antisocial caracterologyc, connected to the sociological factors. The methodology used in the process was the approach, to the institutional vivencial of the Foundation Homes Claret (FHC) and to the population objective, later on the development of the intervention process, the evaluation of working professional and the application of the theory in the practice. The main opposing limitations during the development of the practice were: the scarce participation of the families in the therapeutic process of the youths, the inadequacy of resources for the development of the activities and the limited reach of the therapeutic pattern in the problem of the adolescents. Among the main conclusions at theoretical and methodological level are: the form like settle down the first relationships between the boy and the progenitors in the first years of life of this, it will determine the adaptation from this to the culture and the acquisition or appearance of antisocial behaviours in the adolescents. At methodological level you can conclude that the alternative proposals based on the ludica and recreation in the therapeutic models with young offenders of the penal law, contribute to the re-socialization of the same ones in a more effective way, on the other hand the concatenation of the individual interventions and relatives contribute to the identification of the youth's problems and the attention in the same one. The contribution of working professional, resides in the proposal to the therapeutic pattern of the FHC, by means of the creation of a radial space to the radio station of the Industrial University of Santander (U.I.S. A.M.) with the participation of the young offenders, the families of the same ones, the officials of the FHC and the university community. This radial space will benefit the juvenile population directly in the therapeutic process and of social reinsertion. The present document is divided this way in six chapters: the first , contains the mark referencial; the second, it presents an organizational contextual location; the third, the population's characterization, the analysis and the evaluation of the professional intervention; the fourth, the proposal from the Social Work; the fifth, the conclusions; and, lastly, the sixth, the recommendations. | |
