dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de campo educativo, propende crear una experiencia que simule ambientes propios de una realidad empresarial enfocada a la actualidad ambiental colombiana. Partiendo del objetivo fundamental que facilite un aprendizaje significativo, enfocando al estudiante a una próxima vida laboral con eficiencia en el uso óptimo de los recursos naturales. Para ello es imperativo indicar que partiremos del aprovechamiento de la asignatura electiva Tópicos Especiales en Gestión Ambiental del programa de Ingeniería Industrial de la Escuela de Estudios Industriales y Empresariales de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, a través de metodologías activas diseñadas en lúdicas, las cuales integran puntales temáticas: normatividad en plan de gestión integral de residuos, aguas, desarrollo sostenible, cambio climático, deforestación, maltrato animal, ahorro de energía y clasificación de residuos. Este proceso tiene origen a partir de un diseño investigativo datado de julio de 2017, evento que parte del lineamiento de un plan de trabajo estructurando una denominación, objetivos generales, objetivos específicos, la justificación y el alcance del mismo. Conllevando lo anterior a la creación de una metodología; asimismo al análisis de un marco referencial y un marco teórico, a la conceptualización de la asignatura y la formulación de las respectivas lúdicas; identificando la temática, seleccionando la metodología activa, diseñando la propuesta y aplicándola a un número de veintiocho estudiantes del programa de Ingeniera Industrial de la Escuela de Estudios Industriales y Empresariales de la Universidad Industrial de Santander que seleccionaron esta electiva en el segundo semestre de 2018. Seguidamente y con el ánimo de tener herramientas de medición, se levanta una encuesta que calcula el grado de satisfacción de las lúdicas implementadas, generándose la identificación de puntos críticos a rediseñar.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work of educational field, tends to create an experience that simulate environments typical of a business reality focused on the Colombian environmental news. Starting from the fundamental objective that facilitates a significant learning, focusing the student to a next working life with efficiency in the optimal use of natural resources. For this it is imperative to indicate that we will take advantage of the elective subject Special Topics in Environmental Management of the Industrial Engineering program of the School of Industrial and Business Studies of the Industrial University of Santander, through active methodologies designed in ludic, which integrate thematic stakes: regulations in integral waste management plan, water, sustainable development, climate change, deforestation, animal abuse, energy saving and waste classification. This process originates from a research design dating from July 2017, an event that starts from the outline of a work plan structuring a denomination, general objectives, specific objectives, the justification and the scope of it. Conducting the above to the creation of a methodology; also to the analysis of a referential frame and a theoretical framework, to the conceptualization of the subject and the formulation of the respective ludic; identifying the subject, selecting the active methodology, designing the proposal and applying it to a number of twenty-eight students of the Industrial Engineering program of the School of Industrial and Business Studies of the Industrial University of Santander who selected this elective in the second semester of 2018. Then, with the aim of having measurement tools, a survey is carried out that calculates the degree of satisfaction of the ludic implemented, generating the identification of critical points to redesign.
