dc.description.abstractEn la gestión de proyectos de infraestructura se debe considerar las condiciones y necesidades a satisfacer, así como los aspectos técnicos y normativos a cumplir, uno de los recursos fundamentales es la gestión basada en la información de costos. Por lo tanto, es relevante establecer y tener una estructura financiera definida para lograr correctamente la consecución de la obra civil, en consecuencia, las empresas asignan esta responsabilidad a personal especialmente capacitado para el desarrollo de actividades de planeación, evaluación de presupuesto, determinación y gestión de los costos de producción que permitan a la entidad organizar adecuadamente un proyecto antes de su ejecución. En este documento se expone las labores desarrolladas en el marco de la práctica empresarial como auxiliar de ingeniería en el área de proyectos. Esta fue realizada en las fechas previstas entre el 20 de noviembre de 2018 y el 20 de marzo de 2019. Esta práctica empresarial tuvo lugar en la empresa IMMA S.A.S. ubicada en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, donde se apoyó en la estructuración técnica de proyectos en actividades como visitas de campo cumpliendo funciones de supervisión, elaboración de los componentes de los presupuestos desarrollados por la empresa y en el apoyo de distintas responsabilidades asignadas por el tutor. Por último, se expone la participación en los proyectos a mencionar. *
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the management of infrastructure projects, the conditions and needs must be considered, as well as the technical and regulatory aspects to be met, one of the fundamental resources is the management based on cost information. Therefore, it is relevant to establish and have a defined financial structure to correctly achieve the achievement of civil works, consequently, companies assign this responsibility to specially trained personnel for the development of planning, budget evaluation, determination and management activities of the production costs that allow the entity to properly organize a project before its execution. This document describes the work carried out within the framework of business practice as an engineering assistant in the area of projects. This was carried out on the scheduled dates between November 20, 2018 and March 20, 2019. This business practice took place at the company IMMA S.A.S. located in the city of Bucaramanga, where it relied on the technical structuring of projects in activities such as field visits fulfilling functions of supervision, elaboration of the components of the budgets developed by the company and in the support of different responsibilities assigned by the tutor.
