dc.description.abstract	INDUSTRIAS ACUÑA LTDA es una empresa metalmecánica colombiana con más de treinta años de vida institucional, enfocada en la generación de soluciones de ingeniería integrales e innovadoras para diferentes sectores industriales. INAL ofrece un diverso portafolio de productos, servicios y tecnologías asociadas al diseño, fabricación y montaje de maquinaria, plantas y herramientas industriales, así como al mantenimiento y reparación de maquinarias y equipos. Se encuentra ubicada en la Cl. 22 #11-61, Comuna 4 Occidental, Bucaramanga, Santander. En esta ocasión INDUSTRIAS ACUÑA LTDA se plantea diseñar y construir una máquina que supla las necesidades que tienen los productores de cascarilla de palma africana respecto a la obtención de cuesco molido en diferentes granulometrías. En este proyecto se plantea el diseño de una máquina cernidora de dos niveles de cernido para la obtención de tres tipos de granulometría de cascarilla de palma africana, cálculos y selección de materiales para su construcción. Además de esto, es importante tener en cuenta el factor económico que influye en la empresa, para esto, se realiza un análisis económico para verificar si el proyecto genera ganancias de acuerdo con el valor presente neto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	INDUSTRIAS ACUÑA LTDA is a Colombian metal-mechanic company with more than thirty years of institutional life, focused on generating comprehensive and innovative engineering solutions for different industrial sectors. INAL offers a diverse portfolio of products, services and technologies associated with the design, manufacture and assembly of industrial machinery, plants and tools, as well as the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. It is located at Cl. 22 #11-61, Comuna 4 Occidental, Bucaramanga, Santander. On this occasion, INDUSTRIAS ACUÑA LTDA plans to design and build a machine that meets the needs of African palm husk producers with respect to obtaining ground stone in different granulometries. This project proposes the design of a sifting machine with two levels of sifting to obtain three types of granulometry of African palm husk, calculations and selection of materials for its construction. In addition to this, it is important to take into account the economic factor that influences the company, for this, an economic analysis is carried out to verify if the project generates profits according to the net present value.
