dc.description.abstract	Este informe tiene como objetivo presentar los resultados de la práctica empresarial Alianza por la Minería Responsable (ARM), mediante la elaboración e implementación de protocolos y matrices alineadas con estándares internacionales, como el estándar Fairmined y el código para la mitigación de riesgos CRAFT. Para alcanzar este objetivo, se empleó una metodología de investigación mixta, combinando análisis documental de marcos normativos y buenas prácticas, con herramientas cuantitativas para el procesamiento y evaluación de datos financieros y no financieros provenientes de organizaciones de la minería artesanal y de pequeña escala (MAPE). El proceso permitió desarrollar e implementar protocolos técnicos orientados a la gestión de riesgos relacionados con lavado de activos, financiamiento del terrorismo, corrupción y soborno transnacional (LA/FT/C/ST), así como un mecanismo de reclamaciones. Estos instrumentos fortalecen los recursos metodológicos de las áreas de trabajo, permitiendo identificar y clasificar riesgos según criterios estandarizados. Así mismo, se utilizaron para fortalecer los protocolos de trasparencia ética empresarial interna de ARM. Entre los principales resultados destaca la optimización del sistema de evaluación y monitoreo, así como una mejora significativa en la capacidad de respuesta de ARM ante hallazgos críticos. Este informe contribuye al fortalecimiento institucional de ARM y aporta herramientas prácticas para avanzar hacia cadenas de suministro más responsables, trazables y libres de riesgos LA-FT-C-ST, en línea con las exigencias globales de sostenibilidad e integridad empresarial.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This report aims to present the results of the internship at the Alliance for Responsible Mining (ARM), through the development and implementation of protocols and matrices aligned with international standards such as the Fairmined Standard and the CRAFT Code for risk mitigation. To achieve this objective, a mixed research methodology was employed, combining documentary analysis of regulatory frameworks and best practices with quantitative tools for processing and evaluating financial and non-financial data from artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM) organizations. The process allowed for the development and implementation of technical protocols aimed at managing risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption, and transnational bribery (ML/TF/CB), as well as the establishment of a grievance mechanism. These instruments strengthened the methodological resources of the working areas, enabling the identification and classification of risks according to standardized criteria. Likewise, they were used to reinforce ARM’s internal business ethics and transparency protocols. Among the main outcomes are the optimization of the monitoring and evaluation system, as well as a significant improvement in ARM’s capacity to respond to critical findings. This report contributes to the institutional strengthening of ARM and provides practical tools to advance towards more responsible, traceable, and ML-TF-CB risk-free supply chains, in line with global demands for sustainability and business integrity.
