dc.description.abstractEsta monografía muestra el desarrollo de la implementación del plan de inspección visual de áreas, como parte de la estrategia de mantenimiento de la disciplina de integridad para equipo estático, en una empresa del sector de hidrocarburos que opera en el municipio de Aguazul Casanare, realizada como solución a la necesidad de suplir el déficit de cobertura IPMP, y con el objetivo de garantizar la operación segura, confiable, rentable y sostenible, teniendo en cuenta que la inspección visual de áreas es un método no destructivo que permite la evaluación rápida del estado superficial en el que se encuentran las piezas, o incluso consiente tener un concepto sobre si el objeto de estudio ha sido expuesto a daños por altas temperaturas o corrosión. Esta implementación esta soportada por la hoja de vida de los equipos que esta prescrita en el sistema SAP en su modulo PM y por la normativa de mantenimiento para equipos de integridad, así como también por el conocimiento del recurso humano de mantenimiento. Por otra parte, se encuentra soportada en software Power BI, que permite el análisis y visualización de datos, con el objetivo de toma de decisiones, respecto al estado de la gestión de mantenimiento de los equipos. Una vez realizada la implementación de cobertura se brindan garantías de calidad en el buen uso del sistema. De esta manera se logra incrementar la cobertura de planes de inspección que contribuye con la conservación y aumento del ciclo de vida de los activos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis monograph presents the development for the implementation of the area visual inspection plan, as part of the integrity discipline maintenance strategy for static equipment, in a company in the hydrocarbons sector, which operates in the town of Aguazul Casanare, it has been carried out as a solution to the need to fill the coverage deficit of the IPMP, and with the objective of assure a safe, reliable, profitable and sustainable operation, given that the visual inspection of areas is a non-destructive method that allows a quick assessment of the surface state of the parts, or even should have an idea of whether the object of study has been exposed to damage by high temperatures or corrosion. The implementation is based on the datasheet of the teams prescribed in the SAP system in its PM module and on the maintenance standards for integrity teams, as well as on the knowledge of the maintenance human resource. On the other hand, it is supported by the Power BI software, which allows the analysis and visualization of data, with the purpose of making decisions, regarding the status of equipment maintenance management. Finally, once the coverage is implemented, quality guarantees are provided for the proper use of the system. In this way, it is possible to increase the coverage of the inspection plans that contributes to the conservation and increase of the life cycle of the assets.
