dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo de este proyecto se realizó en la empresa Fantaxias S.A.S perteneciente al sector metalmecánico de Bucaramanga y se dedica a producir y comercializar artículos metálicos como herrajes, hebillas y elementos de ferretería con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. Con el objetivo alcanzar la máxima calidad para conquistar el mercado nacional e internacional, la empresa se interesó por llevar a cabo un plan de mejoramiento para su sistema productivo, para esto se realizó primero un diagnóstico inicial donde se usaron análisis como S, los despilfarros, estudio de métodos y tiempos que permitieron detectar los principales problemas. El diagnóstico arrojó resultados para los cuales se debía implementar propuestas que contribuyan a la mejora conlas 5MQS que conllevó a una estandarización basada en el ciclo PHVA para ejecutar los procesos correctamente, se desarrolló una aplicación auxiliar al programa de producción para llevar la trazabilidad del producto, recolección y análisis de datos para establecer indicadores de gestión que permiten conocer el comportamiento de un proceso y ayudan a tomar decisiones de acuerdo a las metas de la empresa. Finalmente como resultado de la implementación, la empresa logró disminuir el porcentaje de tos actualizado, medir y controlar a través de los indicadores, aumentar la gestión del conocimiento mediante capacitaciones a sus líderes y operarios, todo esto con enfoque al compromiso de la mejora continua. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe development of this project was carried out in the company Fantaxias S.A.S belonging to the metal-mechanic sector of Bucaramanga and is dedicated to producing and marketing metallic items such as ironwork, buckles and hardware elements in order to meet the needs of customers. With the aim of achieving the highest quality to conquer the national and international market, the company was interested in carrying out an improvement plan for its production system, for this an initial diagnosis was first performed where analyzes were used such as the 5'S, the wastes, study of methods and times that allowed to detect the main problems. The diagnosis yielded results for which proposals should be implemented that contribute to continuous improvement, for this reason the 5'S were carried out, control and mitigation of the 5MQS that led to a standardization based on the PHVA cycle to execute the processes correctly, it was developed an auxiliary application to the production program to take the product traceability, data collection and analysis to establish management indicators that allow knowing the behavior of a process and help to make decisions according to the goals of the company. Finally, as a result of the implementation, the company managed to reduce the percentage of waste, improve its 5'S, standardize its processes and have updated procedures manual, measure and control through indicators, increase knowledge management through training to its leaders and operators, all with a focus on the commitment to continuous improvement. *
