dc.description.abstractEl texto aquí planteado pretende, como primer paso, hacer un estudio a los cimientos del concepto aristotélico de phobos propuesto en el tratado Retórica. Dicho análisis se hará con la intención de conocer las piezas elementales de la pasión y la manera en que afecta al ser humano. De este modo, se pasará a la enunciación del método planteado por el estagirita para diseccionar la pasión y conocer la naturaleza del movimiento presente en el miedo. Postulado como un segundo paso, se ahonda en la trama propuesta por el escritor argentino Julio Cortázar en su cuento La noche boca arriba (2004). El fin de este sumergimiento recae en la observación meticulosa de la conducta del personaje principal de la narración que se manifiesta en un doble plano de experiencias: uno real y uno onírico. Además, se toman algunos elementos particulares de la hermenéutica literaria de Gadamer, esto para tener unas bases teóricas que permitan lograr una conexión viva con el cuento. En este orden de ideas, el objetivo central del texto es demostrar la fuerte influencia del miedo en los comportamientos del hombre, tanto así, que el protagonista atemorizado desea traspasar los límites que hay entre el sueño y la realidad, para así evitar que una daga atraviese su pecho en la consagración de un ritual que lo tuvo toda la noche boca arriba.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe text presented here intends as a first step to study the foundations of the Aristotelian concept of phobos proposed in the Rhetoric treatise. This analysis will be done with the intention of knowing the elementary pieces of passion and the way it affects the human being. In this way we will go on to the enunciation of the method proposed by the stagirite to dissect passion and know the nature of the movement present in fear. Postulated as a second step it delves into the plot proposed by the Argentine writer Julio Cortázar in his short story The Night Face Up (2004). The end of this immersion lies in the meticulous observation of the behavior of the main character of the narrative that is manifested in a double plane of experiences: a real one and a dreamlike one. In addition some particular elements of Gadamer's literary hermeneutics are taken this to have theoretical bases that can achieve a living connection with the story. In this order of ideas the central objective of the text is to demonstrate the strong influence of fear on man's behavior so much so that the frightened protagonist wishes to cross the limits between dreams and reality in order to avoid a dagger pierce his chest in the consecration of a ritual that kept him on his back all night.
