dc.description.abstractEl sector de la construcción se distingue por ser un área conocida en la actividad económica del país. La oferta y la demanda que se muestran en el Estado Colombiano debido a la escasez de infraestructura con el fin de proporcionar estándares de prosperidad y calidad, permiten la iniciativa de crear Microempresa Dedicada al Sector Público en Colombia enfocadas a contratar por Mínima Cuantía con el Estado, que permitan solucionar la necesidad de infraestructura y contribuir en el desarrollo del país. En esta monografía se propone un plan que admita guiar a tales Microempresarios en la elaboración de un plan de servicios de una Microempresa Dedicada al Sector Público dedicada a la construcción de obras civiles de Mínima Cuantía. A su vez, se incluirán las actuales directrices metodológicas según el grupo de procesos de planeación utilizados en las buenas prácticas establecidas por el PMI (Project Management Institute), la realización de una investigación de mercados, la formulación de una estructura organizacional ordenada a un plan dispuesto para el funcionamiento y la proposición de un cuadro de instrucción integral para GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS DE MÍNIMA CUANTÍA PARA MICROEMPRESA DEDICADA AL SECTOR PÚBLICO. El objetivo de esta monografía es establecer una herramienta de apoyo para que las personas motivadas en comenzar su independencia en el sector de la construcción, y dedicado a la contratación de mínima cuantía con el estado, lo haga de la mejor manera usando metodologías y conocimientos de emprendimiento empresarial reconocidas y que han funcionado perfectamente en todo el mundo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe construction sector is distinguished for being a well-known area in the economic activity of the country. The supply and demand shown in the Colombian State due to the scarcity of infrastructure in order to provide standards of prosperity and quality, allow the initiative to create Microenterprise Dedicated to the Public Sector in Colombia focused on contracting for Minimal Amount with the State, that allow to solve the need of infrastructure and contribute in the development of the country. This monograph proposes a plan that admits guiding Microentrepreneurs in the development of a service plan for a Microenterprise Dedicated to the Public Sector dedicated to the construction of civil works of Minimum Amount. At the same time, the current methodological guidelines will be included according to the group of planning processes used in the good practices established by the PMI (Project Management Institute), the carrying out of a market research, the formulation of an organizational structure ordered to a plan prepared for the operation and the proposal of an integral instruction chart for MINIMUM AMOUNT OF PROJECTS MANAGEMENT FOR MICROENTERPRISE DEDICATED TO THE PUBLIC SECTOR. The objective of this monograph is to establish a support tool so that those motivated to begin their independence in the construction sector, and dedicated to contracting minimum amounts with the state, do so in the best way using methodologies and knowledge of entrepreneurial enterprise recognized and that have worked perfectly throughout the world.
