dc.description.abstractAnalizar las diferencias que caracterizan las interacciones de docentes becados por el MEN, egresados del programa de Maestría en Pedagogía de la UIS, es un objetivo del proyecto que se expone en este informe; para ello se emplearon dos instrumentos de evaluación docente: CLASS, instrumento de observación de clase, y un instrumento de autoevaluación. Esos instrumentos posibilitaron determinar los niveles de interacción que muestran los docentes, de acuerdo a los dominios establecidos en cada instrumento, e identificar las relaciones entre estos niveles. Se presenta un estudio descriptivo-exploratorio que vincula datos cuantitativos y cualitativos; recolectados a partir de la participación de 16 docentes beneficiarios de becas para la excelencia MEN, sin embargo, en el presente informe se exponen los resultados de tres docentes observados de la institución Eduardo Camacho Gamba del municipio de Curití, Santander. El análisis permitió contrastar los datos resultado de la evaluación con CLASS y la autoevaluación realizada por las docentes, en los que, a pesar de encontrarse algunas diferencias en la puntuación por dimensiones entre los instrumentos, los dominios puntuaron en nivel medio en las tres docentes y en cada uno de los instrumentos empleados. Finalmente se observó que las interacciones pedagógicas que mejor se establecen son de organización de aula y, en segundo lugar, se ubican las de apoyo emocional; lo que indica la necesidad de fortalecer el dominio de apoyo pedagógico en las tres dimensiones: desarrollo de conceptos, calidad de retroalimentación y modelado del lenguaje, para mejorar los procesos de formación. _______________________
dc.description.abstractenglishThe differences that characterize the interactions of teachers awarded by MEN, graduates of the UIS master's program in pedagogy, is an objective of the project that is exposed in this report; For this, two instruments of teacher evaluation are used: CLASS, observation instrument of the class, and a self-evaluation instrument. These instruments made it possible to determine the levels of interaction that teachers, the agreement and the domains established in each instrument and identify the relationships between these levels. A descriptive-exploratory study that links quantitative and qualitative data is presented; collected from the participation of 16 teachers benefiting from the MEN excellence, however, in this report the results of three teachers observed from the institution Eduardo Camacho Gamba of the municipality of Curití, Santander are exposed. The comparative analysis is the result of the evaluation with CLASS and the self-evaluation carried out by the teachers, where despite the differences in the score by dimensions, among the instruments. The domains scored in the middle level in the three teachers and in each of the instruments used. In the second place, they find emotional support. This indicates the need to strengthen the domain of pedagogical support in the three dimensions: concept development, feedback quality and language mode, to improve training processes. _______________________
