dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto se enfoca a realizar un estudio técnico y financiero para determinar la aplicación de la identificación electrónica en ganado bovino en la Finca La Estrella, vereda Montañitas, corregimiento San Rafael, municipio de Rionegro parte baja Œ Santander. Por otro lado, la identificación animal es una exigencia del mercado nacional y externo, donde el consumidor necesita conocer el origen del producto cárnico que consume. También es imprescindible el rastreo de todo el rodeo nacional para continuar con las políticas de exportación. La falta de uniformidad de estándares de calidad al interior del país y entre los países de la región, requiere elaborar iniciativas de inversión que impliquen una contribución con vías a realizar un reajuste en los mecanismos de control (en todos los niveles) y, también, la readecuación por parte de las empresas ganaderas, de faena e incluso las de comercio final minorista y mayorista. Para establecer la capacidad utilizada se realizó inventario en los potreros enumerándolos del 1 al 13, identificando 323 animales, los cuales serán la base o referencia para determinar el costo de la identificación electrónica en el sitio de estudio. La relación beneficio/costo, que al ser aplicada una tasa mínima aceptable de rendimiento del inversionista del 11% muestran la viabilidad de aplicación al ser superior a 1, lo cual demuestra que desde el punto de vista financiero es viable y se debe esperar más de 3 años para obtener resultados positivos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present project focuses to make a technical and financial study to determine the application of the electronic identification in bovines cattle in the Property the Star, Montañitas path, group of judges San Rafael, municipality of RÍONEGRO divides low - Santander. On the other hand, the identification animal is an exigency of the national and external market, where the consumer needs to know the origin the meat product that consumes. Also the tracking of all the national roundup is essential to continue with the export policies. The lack of uniformity of standards of quality to the rear area and between the countries of the region, requires to elaborate investment initiatives which they imply a contribution with routes to make a readjustment in the control mechanisms (in all the levels) and, also, the redecoration on the part of the cattle companies, of task and even those of final and wholesale retail commerce. For the establish used capacity was made inventory in porters listed from 1 to 13, identifying 323 animals, which will be the base or reference to determine the cost of the electronic identification in the farm the Star. The relation benefit / cost, which on there having been applied a minimal acceptable rate of performance(yield) of the investor of 11 % he show the viability of application to the superior being to 1, which demonstrates that from the financial point of view it is viable and it is necessary to wait more than 3 years to obtain positive results.
