dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de pasantía, a través de constantes observaciones de clase teniendo como guía la matriz CLASS, se busca indagar sobre las Interacciones que caracterizan la práctica de los docentes beneficiarios del programa de Becas para la Excelencia Docente del MEN - Maestría en Pedagogía UIS, para ello se hizo selección de docentes participantes de esta beca, en el presente trabajo los docentes seleccionados pertenecen al colegio Luis Camacho Rueda, del municipio de San Gil, sin embargo, para el proceso investigativo participan un total de 16 docentes ubicados en diferentes municipios del departamento de Santander. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se hizo uso del estudio descriptivo - exploratorio, con un enfoque mixto; esto debido a que se realizó una recolección de datos que buscan especificar las interacciones presentes en el aula de clase y sus características más representativas en los maestros seleccionados; los métodos mixtos representan un conjunto de procesos sistemáticos, empíricos y críticos de investigación e implican la recolección y el análisis de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, así como su integración y discusión conjunta, por tanto, para este proyecto se hace uso de procesos cualitativos que revelan cuáles son las características específicas de dichas interacciones en el aula , así como su clasificación por la rejilla de observación CLASS. En cuanto al proceso cuantitativo se busca analizar datos numéricos recolectados a través de entrevista y autoevaluación. La recolección de datos y su respectivo análisis, se hace a partir de las grabaciones de audio y video realizado en diferentes horas de clase de cada docente, al final y con respaldo de las grabaciones se analiza y categoriza según la rejilla de observación CLASS.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the present work of internship, through constant classroom observations guided by the CLASS matrix, the aim is to investigate the interactions that characterize the practice of teachers benefited from the Scholarship for Teaching Excellence of the MEN - Master in Pedagogy UIS program, for this, a selection of teachers participating in this scholarship was made, in this work the selected teachers belong to the Luis Camacho Rueda School, of the municipality of San Gil, however, a total of 16 teachers located in different municipalities participate in the research process. From the department of Santander. For the development of this research was used descriptive - exploratory study, with a mixed approach; this was due to the fact that the data collection made seeks to specify the existing interactions in the classroom and its most representative characteristics in the selected teachers; The mixed methods represent a set of systematic, empirical and critical research processes and involve the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, as well as their integration and joint discussion, therefore, this project makes use of qualitative processes that reveal what are the properties and specific characteristics of these interactions in the classroom, as well as their classification by the CLASS observation rubric, in terms of the quantitative process, it is sought to analyze numerical data collected through interview and self-assessment. The data collection and its respective analysis, is made from the audio and video recordings made in different hours of each teacher class, at the end and with backup of the recordings is analyzed and categorized according to the CLASS observation rubric.
