dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado corresponde a las practicas realizadas en la Alcaldía de Bucaramanga donde se realizaron actividades establecidas por la empresa y con la aprobación de la facultad de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Industrial de Santander – UIS (Seccional Bucaramanga). Se logró realizar un apoyo empresarial en las obras ejecutadas por la secretaria de infraestructura, se abordó específicamente el ámbito de la gestión de proyectos, desempeñando un papel de apoyo en la revisión de actas de contratistas e interventorías de los contratos adjudicados a el supervisor. Además, se colaboró en la elaboración de informes de avances de obra y actas de modificación contractual, complementado con la creación de informes técnicos basados en visitas a obras en proceso de ejecución.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This degree work corresponds to the practices carried out in the Mayor's Office of Bucaramanga where activities established by the company were carried out and with the approval of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Industrial University of Santander – UIS (Bucaramanga Section). Business support was achieved in the works carried out by the Secretary of Infrastructure, the area of project management was specifically addressed, playing a supporting role in the review of contractor minutes and audits of contracts awarded to the supervisor. In addition, we collaborated in the preparation of work progress reports and contractual modification minutes, complemented with the creation of technical reports based on visits to works in the process of execution.
