dc.description.abstract	Desde el año 2020 se ha realizado un análisis exploratorio en el área urbana y rural de Barichara en departamento de Santander logrando la recolección de información que impulsó el desarrollo de nuevos productos turísticos en la región, entre ellos el presente trabajo de grado con modalidad de investigación por parte de las estudiantes de la carrera profesional en turismo U.IS. sede socorro Daniela Alejandra Muñoz y Silvia Natalia Zapata, sobre la creación de un producto turístico biocultural en el destino, es decir, aquel que fusiona el patrimonio natural y el cultural en una sola experiencia turística. Se tomó como base la elaboración del diagnóstico del Municipio de Barichara para determinar los objetivos adecuados en el diseño del producto turístico biocultural como herramienta dinamizadora modelo de sostenibilidad, inclusión social, formalización de la actividad turística e identificación y protección del patrimonio. Esta investigación descriptiva se llevó a través de una metodología mixta, recolectando y analizando datos cualitativos y cuantitativos, dando como resultado una muestra no probabilística a conveniencia. Durante dicho proceso también se realizó un estudio de mercado examinando la oferta y la demanda para determinar los proveedores y público objetivo que llevo finalmente al mapeo de una ruta experiencial de 3 días dos noches en Barichara, donde se tiene la oportunidad de conocer el destino a través de los ojos de su gente, los Patiamarillos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Since 2020, an exploratory analysis has been carried out in the urban and rural area of Barichara in the department of Santander, achieving the collection of information that promoted the development of new tourism products in the region, including the present degree project with a research modality. By the students of the professional career in tourism Uis Socorro headquarters Daniela Alejandra Muñoz and Silvia Natalia Zapata, on the creation of a biocultural tourism product in the destination, that is, one that merges natural and cultural heritage in a single experience tour. The development of the diagnosis of the Municipality of Barichara was taken as a basis to determine the appropriate objectives in the design of the biocultural tourism product as a dynamic tool for sustainability model, social inclusion, formalization of tourism activity and identification and protection of heritage. This descriptive research was carried out through a mixed methodology, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, resulting in a non-probabilistic convenience sample. During this process, a market study was also carried out, examining supply and demand to determine the suppliers and target audience, which finally led to the mapping of an experiential route of 3 days and two nights in Barichara, where you have the opportunity to discover the destination.
