| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta monografía es definir el marco de referencia para la implementación y distribución de gas natural en estaciones de servicio, mediante la recopilación de las normas, decretos y resoluciones del marco legal y regulatorio, la gestión técnica y ambiental, y las normas básicas de seguridad industrial que soportan un proyecto de construcción y distribución de GNCV en estaciones de servicio. La implementación y distribución de GNV en estaciones de servicio, redunda en beneficio del medio ambiente, del distribuidor y del consumidor final del producto, adicionalmente, establece el desarrollo de una nueva industria que a través del estado promueve nuevas oportunidades de negocio para la empresa privada. A nivel ambiental, la utilización del GNV elimina totalmente la emisión de óxidos sulfurosos (causantes de la lluvia ácida) y el material particulado (hollín), disminuyendo la producción de gases de efecto invernadero (óxidos nitrosos y monóxido de carbono) y las emisiones de hidrocarburos. Para el distribuidor, representa un negocio atractivo debido a los márgenes de rentabilidad y oportunidades tributarias que ofrece el estado para promover su implementación como combustible alterno. Para el consumidor, el GNV ofrece un combustible limpio, a menor costo, y con características de rendimiento similares al del combustible tradicional, con la ventaja que su utilización no requiere de modificaciones de fondo en las partes del vehículo. Esta monografía, presenta un marco de referencia sencillo, que le permite a un gerente, administrador, o inversionista tener una visión clara de los requerimientos técnicos, legales y ambientales cuando se enfrenten a un proyecto de construcción o ampliación de una estación de servicio para distribución de GNV. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this monograph is to define the reference mark for the implementation and distribution of natural gas in stations of service, by means of the of the norms, ordinances and resolutions of the legal and regulatory mark, the technical and environmental administration, and the basic norms of industrial security that support a construction project and distribution of GNCV in stations of service. The implementation and distribution of GNV in stations of service, redound in benefit of the environment, of the distributor and of the final consumer of the product, additionally, the development of a new industry that promotes new business opportunities for the private company through the state settles down. At environmental level, the use of the GNV eliminates the emission of sulfurous oxides totally (causing of the sour rain) and the particle material (soot), diminishing the production of gases of effect hothouse (nitrous oxides and monoxide of carbon) and the emissions of hydrocarbons. For the distributor, it represents an attractive business due to the margins of profitability and tributary opportunities that offers the state to promote their implementation like alternating fuel. For the consumer, the GNV offers a clean fuel, at smaller cost, and with characteristic of similar yield to that of the traditional fuel, with the advantage that their use doesn't require of bottom modifications in the parts of the vehicle. This monograph, presents a simple reference mark that allows a manager, administrator, or investor to have a clear vision of the technical, legal and environmental requirements when they face a construction project or amplification of a station of service for distribution of GNV.
