dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo tiene como fin, dar a conocer las actividades llevadas a cabo en la secretaría de planeación de la Alcaldía de Bucaramanga, durante la realización de la práctica empresarial como auxiliar de ingeniería Civil en el área de curaduría cero sobre legalización y regulación de asentamientos humanos. Mediante labores de apoyo a visitas de campo con el fin de tomar medidas exactas de las viviendas para poder hacer un levantamiento arquitectónico y posteriormente un plano arquitectónico. Con la ayuda del programa ETABS, con ello poder calcular si la vivienda cumple los requisitos estructurales mínimos requeridos en la Norma Sismo Resistente NSR – 10 para el departamento de Santander, si la vivienda estructuralmente no cumple los requerimientos estructurales mínimos, se procede hacer un reforzamiento estructural. Con la recolección de la información de campo y con los reforzamientos estructurales, finalmente se hace el peritaje estructural, el cuál es un documento donde queda registrado todo lo anteriormente mencionado.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this article is to present the activities carried out in the planning secretariat of the Bucaramanga Mayor's Office, during my internship as a civil engineering assistant in the area of zero curatorship on legalization and regulation of human settlements. By supporting field visits in order to take exact measurements of the houses to make an architectural survey and subsequently an architectural plan. With the help of the ETABS program, with this to calculate if the house meets the minimum structural requirements required in the earthquake resistant standard NSR - 10 standard for the department of Santander, if the house structurally does not meet the minimum requirements, we proceed to make a structural reinforcement. With the collection of information in the field and with the structural reinforcements, finally a structural expertise is made, which is a report where all the above mentioned is evidenced.
