dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se llevó a cabo en la Universidad Industrial de Santander, para Trabajo de grado bajo la modalidad de Práctica en Docencia. La investigadora parte de la experiencia personal y su interés por transformar la enseñanza teórica, expositiva y tradicional que se da, a veces, en el aula universitaria. En particular, la enseñanza de la gramática en el aula de español como lengua materna abarca una cantidad significativa de teoría y de conceptos que terminan siendo agobiantes al momento de llevarlos al aula de clase. Así, el objetivo principal fue diseñar y aplicar recursos didácticos con el apoyo de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación - TIC, que permitieran mejorar la comprensión de la flexión verbal en el aula de Lingüística II de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Para conseguirlo, el proyecto estuvo dividido en cinco fases: observación, prueba diagnóstica, creación de recursos, aplicación y evaluación. Se logró determinar que el uso de diferentes herramientas de enseñanza facilita o permiten un mejor ambiente de aula, ayuda a los estudiantes a estar atentos e interesados, contribuye a que la clase sea más amena, menos aburrida y focaliza el uso de las herramientas tecnológicas a favor del aprendizaje. De igual manera, el uso de materiales en distintos formatos (texto, audio, imágenes), canciones y ejemplos relacionados con el contexto universitario permitieron que los estudiantes comprendieran y aplicaran de manera más sencilla y rápida los contenidos que se estaban trabajando. Como los principales recursos que se implementaron fueron videojuegos, esto contribuyó a que el estudiante no tuviera la preocupación por una nota, sino que estaba haciendo un ejercicio práctico de manera relajada y dinámica, y la variedad de recursos también representó un punto favorable, pues había dinamismo, una actividad diferente cada clase. A pesar de que los conceptos de la flexión y la temporalidad verbal suelen ser difíciles de comprender, el uso de herramientas tecnológicas, canciones y una explicación detenida que permita al estudiante exponer y solucionar sus dudas son factores que inciden satisfactoriamente en la adquisición de conocimiento.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study was carried out at the Universidad Industrial de Santander, as a bachelor thesis under the modality of Teaching Practice. The researcher starts from my personal experience and my interest in transforming the theoretical, expository and traditional teaching that sometimes takes place in the university classroom. In particular, the teaching of grammar in the Spanish as a mother language classroom includes a significant amount of theory and concepts that end up being overwhelming at the moment of bringing them to the classroom. So, the main objective was to design and apply didactics resources with the support of Information and Communication Technologies - ICT, which would allow improving the understanding of verbal inflection in the Linguistica II classroom of the Universidad Industrial de Santander. To achieve this, the project was divided into five phases: observation, diagnostic test, creation of resources, application and evaluation. It was determined that the use of different teaching tools facilitates or allows a better classroom climate, helps students to be attentive and interested, contributes to make the class more enjoyable, less boring and focuses the use of technological resources in favor of learning. Similarly, the use of materials in different formats (text, audio, images), songs and examples related to the university context allowed students to understand and apply the contents being worked on in a simpler and faster way. As the main resources that were implemented were video games, this contributed to the student not having to worry about a grade, but rather they were doing a practical exercise in a relaxed and dynamic way, and the variety of resources also represented a favorable point, as there was dynamism, a different activity each class. Although the concepts of inflection and verbal temporality are often difficult to understand, the use of technological resources, songs and a detailed explanation that allows the students to expose and solve his doubts are factors that have a satisfactory impact on the acquisition of knowledge.
