dc.description.abstractLa propuesta se centra en analizar la percepción de los turistas hospedados en el hotel Trip Monkey Del Río respecto a actividades turísticas experienciales, con el objetivo de promover este tipo de turismo en la región. Se busca evaluar la viabilidad de implementar un turismo experiencial en el hotel, considerando las percepciones actuales de los turistas, y ofrecer una oferta turística dinámica en San Gil y sus alrededores. El hotel pretende ofrecer un servicio de alojamiento único que permita a los turistas conocer la región a través de dinámicas que destaquen su historia, gastronomía y cultura. Se realizará un estudio de mercado para identificar la oferta y demanda hotelera, estableciendo el grado de satisfacción y la posible acogida de los turistas. La información se recopilará mediante investigación cualitativa, utilizando diversas herramientas de recolección de datos para interpretar y validar el proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe proposal focuses on analyzing the perception of tourists staying at the Trip Monkey Del Río hotel regarding experiential tourism activities, with the aim of promoting this type of tourism in the region. The aim is to evaluate the feasibility of implementing experiential tourism at the hotel, considering the current perceptions of tourists, and to offer a dynamic tourist offer in San Gil and its surroundings. The hotel aims to offer a unique accommodation service that allows tourists to get to know the region through dynamics that highlight its history, gastronomy and culture. A market study will be carried out to identify the hotel supply and demand, establishing the degree of satisfaction and the possible reception of tourists. The information will be collected through qualitative research, using various data collection tools to interpret and validate the project.
