dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de la presente investigación es resaltar la importancia de la promoción y difusión de Derechos Humanos a través de encuentros lúdicos y pedagógicos, donde buscan interiorizar y apropiarse como sujetos de derechos. El trabajo se desarrolló desde un enfoque cualitativo desde la perspectiva de los participantes en su ambiente académico los cuales fueron estudiantes del nivel introductorio de la Universidad Industrial de Santander – Sede Barrancabermeja. Para la recolección de la información se utilizaron dos técnicas: 1). Observación y 2). Entrevista no estructurada. En los 4 encuentros lúdicos y pedagógicos que se desarrollaron corresponde al diseño de una estrategia que promueve los Derechos Humanos, para vivir en paz encaminado hacia una convivencia pacífica, los cuales busca que los participantes interiorizaran el conocimiento poniéndolo en práctica.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this research is to highlight the importance of the promotion and dissemination of Human Rights through playful and pedagogical meetings, where they seek to internalize and appropriate as subjects of rights. The work was developed from a qualitative approach from the perspective of the participants in their academic environment who were students at the introductory level of the Industrial University of Santander - Barrancabermeja Headquarters. Two techniques were used to collect the information: 1). Observation and 2). Unstructured interview In the 4 recreational and pedagogical meetings that took place, it corresponds to the design of a strategy that promotes Human Rights, to live peacefully towards a peaceful coexistence, which seeks that the participants internalize the knowledge putting it into practice. The meetings were taken into account the following: 1. Teaching, 2. Pedagogical strategy, 3. Course plan, 4. Plan in progress, this in order that the methodology had empathy with the participants.
