dc.description.abstract	La investigación presentó como objetivo, Proponer acciones basadas en el grupo operativo para la sistematización de experiencias en la práctica social del fortalecimiento de lazos familiares e inteligencia emocional en padres, niñas y niños del “Hogar Comunitario Niño de Praga del Curso Pre-Jardín”, (Bucaramanga- Santander). El marco teórico mostró el fundamento de investigación desde la contrastación conceptual de las Ciencias Sociales con los enfoques propios del trabajo social, la psicología social de Enrique Pichon-Rivière y la sistematización de las experiencias en la práctica social de Oscar Jara. La metodología asumió un enfoque cuantitativo como soporte del estudio documental, de campo y descriptivo; la determinación de una población de 60 padres y una muestra de 18. La técnica de recogida de datos es la encuesta y el instrumento es el cuestionario estructurado en 25 ítems según escala de Likert. El análisis estadístico de datos implicó su descripción en frecuencias-porcentajes. Los resultados revelaron deficiencias psicosociales de los padres para con sus niñas y niños, y además su función como jefes de familia deviene saturada de responsabilidades. Esto exigió proponer acciones grupales de carácter psicosocial para cambiar la forma habitual de erigir lazos familiares e inteligencia emocional. En conclusión, la investigación puede considerarse un trabajo social valioso para la academia y el “Hogar Comunitario Niño de Praga del Curso Pre-Jardín” en tanto produce datos, información y conocimiento desde el enfoque metodológico asumido y desde la pretendida sistematización de experiencias en la práctica social del fortalecimiento de lazos familiares e inteligencia emocional.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The research objective was to propose group-based actions for the systematization of experiences in the social practice of strengthening family ties and emotional intelligence in parents and children at the "Child of Prague Community Home for the Pre-Kindergarten Course" (Bucaramanga, Santander). The theoretical framework provided the basis for the research based on the conceptual contrast of the Social Sciences with the approaches of social work, the social psychology of Enrique Pichon-Rivière, and the systematization of experiences in social practice by Oscar Jara. The methodology adopted a quantitative approach to support the documentary, field, and descriptive study; a population of 60 parents and a sample of 18 were determined. The data collection technique was a survey, and the instrument was a 25-item Likert-scale questionnaire. Statistical data analysis involved describing them in frequencies and percentages. The results revealed psychosocial deficiencies among parents toward their children, and their role as heads of households became saturated with responsibilities. This required proposing group psychosocial actions to change the habitual way of building family ties and emotional intelligence. In conclusion, the research can be considered valuable social work for academia and the "Child of Prague Community Home for the Pre-Kindergarten Course" in that it produces data, information, and knowledge from the methodological approach adopted and from the intended systematization of experiences in the social practice of strengthening family ties and emotional intelligence.
