El confinamiento como ejercicio de poder en Colombia durante la pandemia por coronavirus (covid-19): Una reflexión a partir del libro Leviatán en la filosofía de Thomas Hobbes

dc.description.abstractEl estado que conocemos está compuesto y organizado por un sistema de normas que constituyen los procesos de regeneración de poderes. El individuo busca ese bien individualista en lo propio, entendiendo, lo propio, como el acceso a lo libre que compone a ese ser. Por ende, el poder que imparte esta libertad brinda seguridad en lo que constituye a una política de organización donde se enlaza al individuo y el estado. Por lo tanto, el individuo genera al estado y el estado regula mediante un contrato el comportamiento de la sociedad. En marzo del 2020 se declara la pandemia (Covid-19), donde, se evidencia como el virus de la bronquitis aviar, constituye un poder entre sujetos, donde la coerción del individuo sirve como acción común, protegiendo la salud de los individuos del estado. Las causas de este virus desarrollaron efectos de anormalidad, donde, se decretó por parte del estado un confinamiento, por lo que, fue uno de los procesos vivenciales inesperados para el cuerpo social. Lo que se busca en este trabajo, es responder a la pregunta ¿Cómo se explica, a partir del Leviatán de Thomas Hobbes, el poder ejercido por el Estado colombiano durante la pandemia? Ya que, el estudio de la temática que presenta Hobbes resaltando la importancia del confinamiento, que hace que cada individuo teniendo una conciencia de que existe unos deberes y derechos hacia el otro, como cuerpo social, donde, este cuerpo constituye un conjunto de leyes y normas que forman una comunidad. Así, cada individuo, hace parte del estado acogiéndose a un contrato como ente de responsabilidad que busca el bien común. El componente más importante que se pretende resalta en este trabajo es el sometimiento, como protección de poder en el confinamiento hacia el otro, donde se genera una promesa de aislamiento, colocando como foco la salud y el cambio como nuevas formas de bienestar tanto personal como colectivo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe state as we know it is composed and organized by a system of norms that constitute the processes of regeneration of powers. The individual seeks that individualistic good in his own, understanding, the own as the access to the free that composes that being. Therefore, the power that imparts this freedom provides security in what constitutes a policy of organization where the individual and the state are linked. Therefore, the individual generates the state and the state regulates the behavior of society through a contract. In March 2020, the pandemic (Covid-19) was declared, where it is evident that the avian bronchitis virus constitutes a power between subjects, where the coercion of the individual serves as a common action, protecting the health of the individuals of the state. The causes of this virus developed effects of abnormality, where the state decreed a confinement, which was one of the unexpected experiential processes for the social body. What this work aims to do is to answer the question: How is the power exercised by the Colombian State during the pandemic explained based on Thomas Hobbes' Leviathan? Since the study of the theme presented by Hobbes highlights the importance of confinement, which makes each individual aware of the existence of duties and rights towards others as a social body, where this body constitutes a set of laws and norms that form a community. Thus, each individual becomes part of the state by adhering to a contract as a responsible entity seeking the common good. The most important component that this work seeks to highlight is submission, as a means of protecting power in confinement towards others, where a promise of isolation is generated, placing the focus on health and change as new forms of both personal and collective well-being.
