dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo realizar un diagnóstico del modelo actual de dirección de proyectos en CPC Oriente, el cual se deriva por la falta de organización en la planeación, ejecución y control de los proyectos cumpliendo con los tiempos, costos y calidad para la entrega exitosa al cliente. Con esto, se da inicio al diagnóstico actual a través del método de Autoevaluación SAM (Self-Assessment Method), aplicando una metodología de investigación de carácter cualitativa mediante un repositorio de banco de preguntas aplicada en el Modelo de Madurez Organizacional para la dirección de proyectos OPM3®, el cual permitió conocer las debilidades y fortalezas, en el manejo y control de las fases de ciclo de vida en la dirección de los proyectos basados en las buenas prácticas del PMI®. El diagnóstico establece el nivel actual de la dirección de proyectos y permite identificar las buenas prácticas a implementar con un valor agregado para las necesidades de la organización con el propósito principal de plantear las características que debe tener una PMO de Apoyo para CPC Oriente, según el direccionamiento estratégico de la organización, y establece el diseño propuesto de implementación para la oficina de gestión de proyectos PMO. El modelo propuesto contiene el plan de trabajo para la implementación de la PMO y contempla las actividades, técnicas, herramientas y metodologías adecuadas para estandarizar y controlar los procesos de forma eficaz y eficiente durante la ejecución de los proyectos, permitiendo a la organización orientar los planes de acción de la metodología para la Dirección de proyectos basada en las buenas prácticas del PMI®.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This paper aims to make a diagnosis of the current project management model in CPC Oriente, which is derived from the lack of organization in the planning, execution and control of projects, complying with the times, costs and quality for successful delivery to the customer. With this, the current diagnosis begins through the SAM (Self-Assessment Method) Self-Assessment method, applying a qualitative research methodology through a question bank repository applied in the Organizational Maturity Model for OPM3® project management., which allowed to know the weaknesses and strengths, in the management and control of the life cycle phases in the direction of the projects based on the good practices of the PMI®. The diagnosis establishes the current level of project management and allows the identification of good practices to be implemented with an added value for the needs of the organization with the main purpose of proposing the characteristics that a Support PMO should have for CPC Oriente, according to the strategic direction of the organization, and establishes the proposed implementation design for the PMO project management office. The proposed model contains the work plan for the implementation of the PMO and includes the appropriate activities, techniques, tools and methodologies to standardize and control the processes effectively and efficiently during the execution of the projects, allowing the organization to guide the plans. of action of the methodology for the Management of projects based on the good practices of the PMI®.
