dc.description.abstract	La Electrificadora de Santander S.A E.S.P. (ESSA) desde el área de suministro y soporte administrativo (ASSA), junto a su equipo de trabajo, tienen a cargo las diferentes sedes ubicadas en el Departamento de Santander, las cuales las conforman edificaciones encargadas de albergar a personal administrativo y técnico, clientes y máquinas de control para el suministro y producción de la energía eléctrica. A raíz de esto, todas estas estructuras se ven sometidas a desgaste provocado por el continuo uso. Actualmente, ESSA gestiona esta problemática atendiendo las afectaciones, mediante ordenes de trabajo, interviniendo de manera correctiva, provocando un incremento en los costos de operación y ejecución. Debido a esto, se implementó un plan de mantenimiento preventivo apoyado en herramientas colaborativas que ayuden a subsanar y disminuir las intervenciones correctivas para poder llegar a un equilibrio entre las actividades preventivas y correctivas para generar costos de ejecución y operación acordes con la manutención de cada infraestructura. Debido a la carencia de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo, se implementó una metodología que permite recolectar datos de las diferentes infraestructuras mediante diagnósticos, registros fotográficos y levantamientos arquitectónicos, que posteriormente permiten realizar actividades de manera cíclica y así cuantificar los elementos que componen la edificación y totalizar costos. Esta metodología permitió avanzar con la recolección de datos en un 40% de las diferentes edificaciones y a su vez, consolidar toda la información recolectada y así poner en marcha el funcionamiento del Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo, aportando el mejoramiento de la calidad, la imagen, y entorno para sus clientes y trabajadores, así como la prolongación de su vida útil.
dc.description.abstractenglish	La Electrificadora de Santander S.A E.S.P. (ESSA) from the supply and administrative support area (ASSA), together with their work team, are in charge of the different offices located in the Department of Santander, which are made up of buildings in charge of housing administrative and technical personnel, customers and control machines for the supply and production of electrical energy. As a result of this, all these structures are exposed to wear caused by continuous use. Currently, ESSA manages this problem by attending to the affectations, through work orders, intervening in a corrective manner, causing an increase in operation and execution costs. Due to this, a preventive maintenance plan was implemented supported by collaborative tools that help correct and reduce corrective interruptions in order to reach a balance between preventive and corrective activities to generate execution and operation costs in accordance with the maintenance of each infrastructure. . Due to the lack of a preventive maintenance plan, a methodology was implemented that allows collecting data from the different infrastructures through diagnoses, photographic records and architectural surveys, which later allow activities to be carried out cyclically and thus quantify the elements that make up the building and total costs. This methodology advanced with the collection of data in 40% of the different buildings and, in turn, consolidated all the information collected and thus launched the operation of the Preventive Maintenance Plan, contributing to the improvement of quality, image, and environment. for its clients and workers, as well as the prolongation of its useful life.
