dc.description.abstractEn el siguiente artículo se describen las actividades llevadas como auxiliar de ingeniería para la supervisión del proyecto San Francisco Tower de la empresa CUBYCO CONSTRUCTORES S.A, ubicado en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, en la etapa 1 es un edificio de 26 pisos repartidos en 5 pisos de parqueadero, 20 pisos de 9 apartamentos por piso para un total de 180 apartamentos y en el último piso la zona social. Durante la práctica se llevó a cabo la supervisión e inspección a la parte estructural, mampostería, redes hidrosanitarias, redes de gas, redes eléctricas, pintura, enchape, con el fin de lograr que todas las actividades cumplan con la calidad requerida, la cual se plasman en los formatos de calidad de obra de cada frente de trabajo. Además de la implementación de formatos donde se evidencian los resultados de las pruebas de estanqueidad, pruebas hidráulicas y pruebas de gas. La Supervisión y control de obra es de vital importancia en obra, para lograr cumplir con los tiempos del cronograma de un proyecto, garantizando ante todo que el proyecto cumpla con las especificaciones en planos, el material y los acabados requeridos para que se convierta en el hogar y refugio de las familias que adquieren estos inmuebles.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following article describes the activities carried out as engineering assistant for the supervision of the San Francisco Tower project of the company CUBYCO CONSTRUCTORES S.A., located in the city of Bucaramanga, in stage 1 is a 26-story building divided into 5 floors of parking, 20 floors of 9 apartments per floor for a total of 180 apartments and on the top floor the social area. During the practice, the supervision and inspection of the structural part, masonry, plumbing networks, gas networks, electrical networks, painting, and siding was carried out in order to ensure that all activities comply with the required quality, which is reflected in the work quality forms for each work front. In addition to the implementation of formats where the results of the water tightness tests, hydraulic tests and gas tests are evidenced. The supervision and control of work is of vital importance on site, to achieve compliance with the time schedule of a project, ensuring above all that the project meets the specifications in plans, materials and finishes required to become the home and shelter of the families who acquire these properties.
