dc.description.abstractDentro del estudio de determina la necesidad de reactivar una empresa limitada (LTDA) que mejore las condiciones de vida de los socios y contribuya con el desarrollo económico del municipio. Este estudio comprende 4 etapas importantes: El estudio de mercados permitió la obtención, interpretación y análisis de la información, dando como resultado el conocimiento del mercado y condiciones existentes , análisis del producto a elaborar, oferta, demanda, y posibilidad de ampliación de la misma , volúmenes, precios y sistemas de comercialización. Con el estudio técnico se conoció el tamaño , infraestructura, maquinaria y equipos existentes, materias primas y demás elementos a utilizar. Además se identifica la normatividad vigente o marca legal sobre la cual trabaja la empresa y de esta forma establecer responsabilidades de los asociados y conocer los beneficios a que tiene derecho dentro de este tipo de empresa. También se presenta el análisis financiero proyectado a 5 años, costos fijos, costos variables, costos totales de la empresa, el monto y origen de los recursos a invertir, además se aplican las diferentes pruebas para establecer la solución, rentabilidad, punto de equilibrio, y tasa interna de retorno entre otros aspectos . Por último se presenta el análisis ambiental , algunas recomendaciones y conclusiones , que muestran la factibilidad de la reactivación de la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe need to reagent a work ltda enterprise is determined within this study in order to improve the living conditions of the contribute to the economic development of the city. This study include four important stages 1. The attachment, interpretation and analysis of the information were carried out through a marketing study resulting in the knowledge of the market and the existing conditions, the analysis of the product to be made it is wide spreading possibilities, quantity, price and merchandising systems. 2. The size of the enterprise, its know location, infrastructure, machinery and equipment, existing raw material and other element to be used were determined by means of a technical study. 3. The standing laws on which the word ltda. Enterprise was created were identified in order to establish members have within kind of enterpriser. 4. A five year projected financial analysis, fixed costs, variable costs, total courts of the enterprise amount and source of the assents to be inverted are presented here besides different test to establish solvency, profitability break even point and intern return rate applied here among other aspects. Finally are presented analysis impacts environmental some recommendation and conclusions
