dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de grado propone la creación del grupo Mundo UIS, adscrito a la Universidad Industrial de Santander, con el objetivo de mejorar la atención al ciudadano y fortalecer la relación entre la universidad y la comunidad. La estructura organizacional se basa en equipos de trabajo especializados tales como: dirección, atención al público, caracterización, control y evaluación, PQRDSR, atención preferencial y sistemas de información, en el cada uno desempeñará funciones clave alineadas con los lineamientos del Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión (MIPG) y la normativa vigente. Incluye además, un diseño detallado de los roles, funciones y perfiles, así como un sistema de seguimiento y control basado en indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y una encuesta de satisfacción; además, se plantean mecanismos de retroalimentación para una mejora continua en la calidad del servicio.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe thesis proposes the creation of the Mundo UIS group, affiliated with the Universidad Industrial de Santander, with the aim of improving citizen service and strengthening the relationship between the university and the community. The organizational structure is based on specialized work teams such as management, public service, characterization, control and evaluation, PQRDSR, preferential service, and information systems. Each team will perform key functions aligned with the guidelines of the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG) and current regulations. Additionally, it includes a detailed design of roles, functions, and profiles, as well as a monitoring and control system based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and a satisfaction survey; feedback mechanisms are also proposed to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
