dc.description.abstractEn los planes de estudios universitarios de todos los programas, se incluye una o dos asignaturas que reciben el nombre de METODOLOGIA DE LA INVESTIGACION CIENTIFICA, a la cual se le asignan objetivos como los de promover el espíritu investigativo en los estudiantes y conocer específicamente un método para abordar cualquier investigación. Sin embargo, y tal como es asumida por Docentes y estudiantes ella no representa más que una prolongación de una serie de obstáculos que impiden a unos y otros, despertar inquietudes por el conocimiento y desarrollar el espíritu investigativo. La presente reflexión contribuye a conocer el por qué de esos obstáculos en estudiantes de Derecho e Historia en la UIS y es una invitación para continuar trabajando en los planes de estudio y las prácticas pedagógicas que propicien profesionales reflexivos, acordes con los requerimientos del siglo XXI.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the plans of university studies of all the programs, it is included an or two subjects that receive the name of METHODOLOGY OF THE SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION, t2o which are assigned objectives as those of to promote the investigative spirit in the students and to know a method specifically to approach any investigation. However, and just as it is assumed for Educational and students she doesn't represent more than a continuation of a series of obstacles that you/they impede to some and other, to wake up restlessness for the knowledge and to develop the investigative spirit. The present reflection contributes to know the why of those obstacles in students of Right and History in the UIS and it is an invitation to continue working in the study plans and the pedagogic practices that propitiate professional reflexivos,acordes with the requirements of the XXI century.
