dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de grado que leerá a continuación está basado en el diseño de un programa de habilidades blandas en A&A SOLUCIONES-TIC S.A.S., esta empresa tiene como bandera el modelo de teletrabajo para el progreso de sus actividades, por lo tanto, al tener trece años de experiencia en el desarrollo de software, automatización de procesos y exportación de servicios KPO se posiciona como una referente del sector. Teniendo en cuenta la situación expuesta, el practicante de ingeniería industrial divide el trabajo en cinco etapas con el fin de cumplir exitosamente con este objetivo. La primera de ellas corresponde a un diagnóstico que apunta a conocer la situación actual de los procesos de gestión de talento humano de la organización y la relación de la empresa con el tema de habilidades blandas. Luego de la obtención y análisis de los resultados encontrados en la primera fase, se procede a reestructurar y completar los activos del proceso de talento humano que presentan oportunidades de mejoras con el fin de diseñar el programa de habilidades blandas que cumpla con las necesidades y características de la compañía. De esta manera, gracias al aporte de las auditorías que tuvieron lugar en la empresa de parte de Fábricas de Productividad, se determina continuar con la creación de una matriz de polivalencia que permita complementar al programa y le pueda dar opciones a los trabajadores de crecer dentro de la organización en otros puestos evitando la deserción y el agotamiento laboral. Posterior a esto, se crea una red de indicadores que facilite la medición y control del programa de habilidades blandas en todas sus etapas. Por último, se enuncian las conclusiones y recomendaciones propias del proyecto para la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe degree work that you will read below is based on the design of a soft skills program in A&A SOLUCIONES-TIC S.A.S., this company has as a flag the telework model for the progress of its activities, therefore, having thirteen years of experience in software development, process automation and export of KPO services is positioned as a benchmark in the sector. Considering the exposed situation, the industrial engineering intern divides the work into five stages to successfully meet this objective. The first one corresponds to a diagnosis that aims to know the current situation of the organization's human talent management processes and the company's relationship with the topic of soft skills. After obtaining and analyzing the results found in the first phase, we proceed to restructure and complete the assets of the human talent process that present opportunities for improvement to design the soft skills program that meets the needs and characteristics of the company. In this way, thanks to the contribution of the audits that took place in the company on behalf of "Productivity Factories" it is determined to continue with the creation of a polyvalence matrix that allows to complement the program and can give options to the workers to grow within the organization in other positions avoiding desertion and labor exhaustion. After this, a network of indicators is created to facilitate the measurement and control of the soft skills program in all its stages. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the project for the company are stated.
