| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo consiste en la Adopción, documentación e Implementación y desarrollo del proceso de Implementación de las acciones a corto plazo de los elementos del MECI 1000:2005 en la Sede Socorro de la Universidad Industrial de Santander La adopción del modelo se basa en las propuestas que el equipo piloto diseñó y aplicó con anterioridad en algunas Unidades de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Se inició con un diagnóstico general del Sistema de Control Interno en la Sede. Este diagnóstico, permitió identificar su estado actual con respecto a cada uno de los elementos del MECI y fue la base para generar las propuestas que permitieron diseñar o ajustar cada uno de los elementos al interior de la Unidad, considerando las limitaciones que mostraban cada uno de acuerdo a su naturaleza al interior de la Universidad. El proyecto contiene metodologías, instrumentos y mecanismos de desarrollo de cada uno de los veintinueve elementos del modelo, acompañadas por las propuestas y productos desarrollados para dar conformidad al modelo; como información documentada y procesos identificados, mapas de riesgos, políticas, propuestas metodológicas y demás herramientas de gestión organizacional. Presenta numerosos aportes no solo al control interno de la sede sino además a la gestión de los procesos que le garantizan el cumplimiento de sus propósitos de constitución y la contribución al logro de los objetivos institucionales en la Universidad. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work consists in the adoption, documentation and implementation development process of MECI 1000:2005 short term actions of Socorro facility of the Industrial University of Santander. Model adoption is based on pilot team proposals, designed and approved in the past, and used in some UIS Units. This project begins with a general diagnosis and that allowed the identification of its present status, respecting each and every one of the elements it is composed of and was the basis to generate the proposals that allowed design or adjust each one of the elements inside the facility, taking into consideration the limitations shown, according to its nature inside the University. The project presents the methodologies, instruments and development mechanisms of each one of the twenty-nine elements of the model, accompanied by the proposals and developed products to give conformity to the model; like documented information and identified processes, maps of risks, methodologies, policies, proposals and other tools of organizational management. It presents many contributions not just to the internal control of the facility but also to the management processes that guarantees the fulfillment of their purposes of establishment and the assistance to achieve the institutional aims of the University | |
