dc.description.abstract	En años recientes, la Universidad Industrial de Santander ha experimentado una progresiva modernización en términos de su infraestructura. Dichos cambios no solo han sido visibles en su campus, sino también han tomado fuerza a partir de la implementación de herramientas y recursos virtuales que potencializan el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y que le otorgan a todos los participantes (tanto docentes como estudiantes) la posibilidad de establecer conexiones dinámicas con el entorno. Teniendo como base dicho contexto, se planeó el enfoque central del presente proyecto de grado, con miras a apoyar el proceso de aprendizaje a través de las facilidades que las mismas herramientas institucionales proporcionan. El propósito con ello es agregar valor al proceso de enseñanza de la asignatura con la mediación de herramientas TIC; ello, por cuanto los espacios y las interacciones virtuales han demostrado ser de gran utilidad para el desenvolvimiento y las dinámicas institucionales que han transitado desde una cátedra magistral, a la creación de un desarrollo continuo de habilidades y trabajo colaborativo que brinda nuevas perspectivas a la implementación efectiva de plataformas como Moodle que ha permitido crear entornos de aprendizaje más dinámicos y accesibles, facilitando la interacción y el seguimiento académico de los estudiantes. En concordancia con lo expuesto, serán desarrollados a continuación cada una de las etapas que hicieron parte de la práctica docente con apoyo de recursos tecnológicos para la asignatura Ética Profesional en el periodo académico 2023-2; de igual modo se expondrán los resultados derivados de este y complementariamente se plantearán las conclusiones extraídas. Para ello se abordarán las temáticas especificas ya establecidas de la asignatura usando enseñanzas tradicionales, pero complementando por el proceso de aprendizaje derivado del curso de capacitación docente para la enseñanza basada en las Tecnologías de la Informacion y las Comunicaciones ofrecido por CEDEDUIS, con el que se adquirieron los debidos conocimientos
dc.description.abstractenglish	In recent years, the Industrial University of Santander has experienced a progressive modernization in terms of its infrastructure. These changes have not only been visible on its campus, but have also gained strength from the implementation of virtual tools and resources that enhance the teaching-learning process and give all participants (both teachers and students) the possibility of establishing dynamic connections with the environment. Based on this context, the central focus of this degree project was planned, with a view to supporting the learning process through the facilities that the same institutional tools provide. The purpose is to add value to the teaching process of the subject with the mediation of ICT tools; This is because virtual spaces and interactions have proven to be very useful for the development and institutional dynamics that have transitioned from a master class to the creation of a continuous development of skills and collaborative work that provides new perspectives to the effective implementation of platforms such as Moodle that has allowed the creation of more dynamic and accessible learning environments, facilitating the interaction and academic monitoring of students. In accordance with the above, each of the stages that were part of the teaching practice with the support of technological resources for the Professional Ethics subject in the 2023-2 academic period will be developed below; in the same way, the results derived from this will be presented and, in addition, the conclusions drawn will be raised. To this end, the specific topics already established for the subject will be addressed using traditional teachings, but complemented by the learning process derived from the teacher training course for teaching based on Information and Communication Technologies offered by CEDEDUIS, with which the necessary knowledge was acquired.
