dc.description.abstractA partir de estudios como los de Soria (1998) donde se plantea la enseñanza de la investigación en Latinoamérica, se despierta el interés en función del tema en Colombia evidenciado en propuestas investigativas desarrolladas en función a la búsqueda de soluciones a los problemas que imposibilitan un desarrollo efectivo de los procesos de la práctica investigativa. En correspondencia a lo anterior, contextualmente el problema abordado se ubica en la comunidad educativa del Instituto de proyección Regional y Educación a Distancia (IPRED) de la universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), quienes ante el propósito de fortalecer sus procesos de Formación en y para la investigación, deben dar respuesta al siguiente interrogante: ¿Qué lineamientos se requieren para fortalecer la formación para la investigación-FPI en los programas de Tecnología Empresarial y de Gestión Empresarial? En atención al problema, el horizonte de este proyecto es la formulación de lineamientos base para resignificar los procesos de Formación para la Investigación en los programas objeto de análisis; estos serán el resultado de la confrontación de dos procesos; i) la caracterización del estado actual de FPI en los agentes educativos implicados y ii) en la revisión y análisis documental que representa, por un lado, acciones relacionadas con la consulta de literatura especializada sobre FPI en contextos universitarios y, por otro, un proceso de análisis de información desde una perspectiva crítica que permita dilucidar la dinámica y lógica de la fundamentación teórica y procedimental. Finalmente con el desarrollo de esta propuesta sea base sólida para viabilizar en la práctica toda vez que su clasificación por dimensiones académicas intuye la visualización de gestiones en correspondencia.
dc.description.abstractenglishBased on studies such as Soria (1998) where research teaching in Latin America is outlined, the topic draws attention in Colombia which is evidenced in research proposals aimed at finding for solutions to problems that prevent an effective development of the processes of research practice. According to the previous, the context of the problem addressed is situated in the educational community of the Institute for Regional Projection and Distance Education (IPRED) at the Industrial University of Santander (UIS), who with the aim of strengthening its training processes in and for research should respond to the following question: What guidelines are needed to strengthen research training in the programs of technological and professional cycles of the Business Management Program? In order to address the problem, the horizon of this project is the formulation of base guidelines to re-signify the processes of research training in the program under analysis, such guidelines will be the result of the comparison between two processes: i) the characterization of the current state of training in and for research of the educational stakeholders and ii) the review and document analysis that implies, on one hand, actions related to the query about specialized research training literature in university contexts, and on the other, a process of analyzing information from a critic perspective that makes it possible to elucidate the dynamics and logic of theoretical and procedural grounds. Finally, with the development of this proposal it is expected that the resulting "guidelines" will be sound basis to achieve feasible practices since their academic classification will be done according to a sense of practicability.
