dc.description.abstractLa formación del trabajador social debe ser transversal e integral, de manera que, el profesional cuente con una serie de herramientas y capacidades que le permitan incidir en la realidad para la búsqueda de soluciones para las problemáticas que afectan la vida diaria de las personas. A partir de esta necesidad se plantea la Seguridad Holística como método para la intervención profesional, al tiempo que rescata la importancia del autocuidado del Trabajador Social al enfrentarse a las posibles realidades que puedan afectar su bienestar emocional, mental o físico. La propuesta consiste en incorporar este enfoque dentro de los contenidos de la asignatura Trabajo Social Individual y Familiar, ya que es aquí donde es estudiante realiza procesos de introspección y autorreflexión a partir de la construcción de su historia de vida. Lo anterior se realiza, desde la mirada constructivista de la educación, planteando una estrategia pedagógica, en la cual, a través de tres sesiones formativas y dos sesiones evaluativas sobre Seguridad Holística, el estudiante fortalecerá sus habilidades para la gestión de riesgos, el proceso finaliza con un laboratorio de caso que permitirá que el estudiante integre todos los conocimientos y habilidades adquiridos durante el semestre para la intervención de un caso específico.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Social Workers’ education must be transversal and comprehensive, in a way that the professional relies on a set of utilities and skills that allow them to impact in social realities in order to find solutions for the issues that affect the people’s daily life. Out of this necessity, arises Holistic Security as a method for the professional intervention, and at the same time it rescues the importance of the Social Workers´ self-care when they face the possible realities that may affect their emotional, mental or physic wellbeing. The proposition consists in incorporating this approach in the contents of the subject Case and Family Social Work, as it is in this subject where the student develops introspection and self-reflection processes out of the making of their own life history. The above is conducted from the educational constructivist perspective, proposing a pedagogical strategy, in which, through three formative sessions and two evaluation sessions about Holistic Security, the students will strengthen their risk management abilities, the process ends with a case laboratory, where the student will incorporate all the knowledge learnt along the semester for the intervention in a specific case.
