dc.description.abstractEl tema de este estudio está muy ligado a las teorías de la inversión en la educación, por tal motivo haremos un recorrido sobre la literatura de la educación, sistematizando los aportes de los diferentes autores sobre el tema. Se estudiaron los conceptos Capital humano y crecimiento económico, la producción de educación, gastos y costes de la educación, entre otros; para determinar bajo qué condiciones y dentro de qué requerimientos de política se puede alcanzar esta categoría. Luego se describe el municipio de Girón con unas breves reseñas: geográfica, Histórica, demográfica, educativa y económica, donde se muestran los principales aspectos de Girón, para ubicar al lector en la realidad de este Municipio. Posteriormente se analiza el impacto de la inversión en educación en el municipio de Girón durante las administraciones de Cesar Reyes y Juan Francisco Suarez desde la perspectiva de actores locales, se estudian los factores relevantes tanto de orden interno como externo, que afectan la inversión en educación. De igual manera se aplican determinadas técnicas de análisis como la matriz Dofa. La aplicación permite la elaboración de estrategias, responsables del análisis situacional realizado. Por último se realizan recomendaciones para fortalecer la educación de los gironeses desde aspectos administrativo, infraestructura, y organizacional.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe subject of this study is very bound to the theories of the investment in the education, and that™s why we will do a route on the literature of the education, systematizing the contributions of the different authors on the subject. We will study the concepts human capital and economic growth, the education production, expenses and costs of the education, among others, to determinate under what conditions and within what policy requirements this category can be reached. Then the municipality of Giron is described with brief reviews (geographic, Historical, demographic, educational and economic), where the main aspects of Giron for locating the reader in the reality of this municipality are shown. Later on, the impact of the investment in education in the municipality of Giron is analyzed during the Cesar Reyes™s and Juan Francisco Suarez™s administrations from the perspective of the local actors, the important factors as much of internal order as external that affect the investment in education are studied. In the same way, certain techniques of analysis such as the Dofa matrix are applied. The application of this exercise allows the elaboration of strategies that respond to the situational analysis that was made. Finally, recommendations to fortify the education of Giron are made, from administrative, infrastructural and organizational aspects.
