dc.description.abstractEste proyecto desarrolla la formulación del plan estratégico del grupo de investigación Recursos Hídricos y Saneamiento Ambiental (GPH) de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Dicha formulación se fundamenta en la revisión bibliográfica de planeación estratégica y la utilización de herramientas propuestas en la metodología diseñada para la formulación de un plan estratégico para grupos de investigación de la universidad industrial de Santander. La información base encontrada sirvió para el diseño del proceso donde se logrará mostrar las capacidades del grupo, a su vez las tendencias del entorno y así definir acciones ajustadas al tipo de organización. En la ejecución del proyecto se presenta los resultados de las fases propuestas en la metodología: análisis interno (medición modelo intellectus, perfil de capacidades internas PCI, recopilación de productividad del grupo) junto con la revisión del macroentorno (PESTEL, análisis de tendencia, Matriz de stakeholders), seguido por la reformulación de los elementos de direccionamiento del grupo (misión, visión, objetivos estratégicos), definición de estrategias y acciones (actividades) que llevan al cumplimiento de los objetivos. Finalmente, para orientar en el seguimiento y control del plan propuesto se proponen los indicadores que medirán el avance en el cumplimiento, donde permita la integración de todos los elementos del plan, su trazabilidad y gestión. Para terminar, se plasman, conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo realizado.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project develops the formulation of the strategic plan of the research group Water Resources and Environmental Sanitation (GPH) of the Universidad Industrial de Santander. This formulation is based on the bibliographic review of strategic planning and the use of tools proposed in the methodology designed for the formulation of a strategic plan for research groups of the Industrial University of Santander. The base information found served for the design of the process where the capabilities of the group will be shown, as well as the trends of the environment and thus define actions adjusted to the type of organization. In the execution of the project, the results of the phases proposed in the methodology are presented: internal analysis (intellectus model measurement, internal capabilities profile PCI, group productivity compilation) together with the review of the macro-environment (PESTEL, trend analysis, stakeholders matrix), followed by the reformulation of the group's directional elements (mission, vision, strategic objectives), definition of strategies and actions (activities) that lead to the fulfillment of the objectives. Finally, to guide the monitoring and control of the proposed plan, indicators are proposed that will measure the progress in compliance, allowing the integration of all the elements of the plan, its traceability and management. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are drawn from the work carried out.
