dc.description.abstractLa modalidad de práctica docente que se desarrolla como trabajo de grado en la Escuela de Derecho y Ciencia Política de la Universidad Industrial de Santander permite promover alternativas virtuales de aprendizaje y otras tecnologías de información y comunicación la creación de un segundo espacio de aprendizaje en las temáticas que brinda el Derecho Procesal Civil, esto es, invención de nuevos métodos, estrategias y conocimientos impulsados por la cercanía tecnológica y las habilidades de esta era. En agradecimiento con el Cedeuis, la culminación de este curso pudo llevarse a cabo por medio de las herramientas de diseño permitidas del aula virtual de aprendizaje Moodle, puesto que, en este espacio se organizó, ilustró y planificó tres diferentes unidades de estudio en la disciplina del derecho procesal civil dirigidas a la puesta en práctica de los conocimientos adquiridos para reforzar conocimientos previos y preparar a los estudiantes para consultorio III y IV. Los recursos proporcionados para realización de las actividades programadas permitieron la promoción del trabajo independiente y grupal, siendo que los estudiantes cuentan con una guía para llevar a cabo sus estudios y de la misma forma retroalimentarse de los conocimientos adquiridos en el aula de clase.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe modality of teaching practice that is developed as degree work at the School of Law and Political Science of the Industrial University of Santander allows the promotion of virtual learning alternatives and other information and communication technologies, the creation of a second learning space in the themes provided by Civil Procedural Law, that is, the invention of new methods, strategies and knowledge driven by technological proximity and the skills of this era. In gratitude to the Cedeuis, the culmination of this course could be carried out through the design tools allowed by the Moodle virtual learning classroom, since, in this space, three different study units in the discipline were organized, illustrated and planned. of civil procedural law aimed at putting into practice the knowledge acquired to reinforce previous knowledge and prepare students for office III and IV. The resources provided to carry out the programmed activities allowed the promotion of independent and group work, since students have a guide to carry out their studies and, in the same way, receive feedback on the knowledge acquired in the classroom.
