dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de pasantía versó en la organización, digitalización e historia institucional de la Fundación para la Promoción de la Cultura y la Educación Popular (FUNPROCEP). Como primera medida, se estableció un marco referencial a partir del desarrollo de constructos teóricos como los de derechos humanos, cultura, educación popular y población vulnerable. Metodológicamente, se desarrolló un trabajo técnico archivístico para la migración de formato de audio de las piezas relacionadas con la Fundación, la creación del inventario documental y la producción de fuente primaria a partir de entrevistas realizadas al personal administrativo que laboró en FUNPROCEP (Ver anexo B). Lo anterior, permitió lograr digitalizar los audios en formato análogo aplicando las fases para la digitalización de archivos de audio en casete definidas por el Manual del Archivo General de la Nación (AGN), así como identificar las secciones que produjeron cada una de las grabaciones usando el cuadro de clasificación documental del subfondo FUNPROCEP, lo que sirvió como insumo principal para lograr inventariar los audios tomando como base el Formato Único de Inventario Documental (FUID) del Archivo General de la Nación (AGN). Por último, se estableció la historia institucional de la Fundación, logrando efectuar un acercamiento del desarrollo y procesos a partir del Archivo Oral de Memoria de las Víctimas (AMOVI-UIS).
dc.description.abstractenglishThis internship project dealt with the organization, digitalization and institutional history of the Foundation for the promotion of culture and popular education FUNPROCEP. As a first step, a reference framework was established based on the development of theoretical constructs such as human rights, popular culture and education, and vulnerable population. Methodologically, an archival technical work was developed for the migration of the audio format of the pieces related to the foundation, the creation of the documentary inventory and the production of primary source from interviews with the administrative staff who worked at FUNPROCEP. The foregoing made it possible to digitize the audios in analog format by applying the phases for the digitization of audio cassette files defined by the Manual of the General Archive of the Nation (AGN), as well as identifying the sections that produced each of the recordings using the document classification table of the FUNPROCEP sub-fund, which served as the main input to achieve an inventory of the audios based on the Unique Format of Documentary Inventory (FUID) of the General Archive of the Nation (AGN). Finally, the institutional history of the foundation was established, achieving an approach to the development and processes from the Oral File of Memory of the Victims (AMOVI-UIS).
