dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado se desarrolló en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga (AMB), en el marco de una práctica empresarial como Auxiliar de Ingeniería Civil, orientada al apoyo en la gestión de procesos del catastro multipropósito. El objetivo principal del proyecto fue apoyar en la organización y unificación de la información catastral, para facilitar la toma de decisiones y la planeación territorial en la región. Para alcanzar este propósito, se definieron tres fases metodológicas: identificación de entidades públicas asociadas al catastro, consolidación de la información catastral, y análisis de la calidad de los datos. Dentro de estas etapas, se desarrollaron actividades como la clasificación y depuración de bases de datos, el cruce de información entre entidades, la caracterización de dinámicas inmobiliarias y la verificación del cumplimiento de normativas como la ISO 19152:2012 y el Decreto 148 de 2020. El proyecto incluyó el uso de herramientas tecnológicas para la recopilación, visualización y análisis de la información, además de la carga de los datos a las plataformas oficiales de la entidad. Entre los principales productos obtenidos durante la práctica, se destacan la creación de una plantilla de requerimiento de información estandarizada, el desarrollo de nuevos indicadores de gestión catastral, la elaboración de tablas de consolidación por entidad, y la construcción de un tablero interactivo en ArcGIS Online, el cual visualiza la distribución geográfica de licencias urbanísticas en el territorio del AMB. El trabajo permitió evidenciar la importancia de contar con información integrada y confiable, fortaleciendo así la toma de decisiones en la planificación territorial. Además, se reconoció la necesidad de fortalecer los procesos colaborativos entre entidades y establecer metodologías sólidas de control y verificación para asegurar la calidad de la información catastral.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis thesis was developed in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga (AMB) as part of a business internship as a Civil Engineering Assistant, focused on supporting the management of multipurpose cadastre processes. The main objective of the project was to support the organization and unification of cadastral information to facilitate decision-making and territorial planning in the region. To achieve this goal, three methodological phases were defined: identification of public entities associated with the cadastre, consolidation of cadastral information, and data quality analysis. Within these stages, activities were developed such as database classification and debugging, cross-referencing of information between entities, characterization of real estate dynamics, and verification of compliance with regulations such as ISO 19152:2012 and Decree 148 of 2020. The project included the use of technological tools for the collection, visualization, and analysis of information, in addition to uploading data to the entity's official platforms. Among the main outputs obtained during the internship were the creation of a standardized information request template, the development of new cadastral management indicators, the creation of consolidation tables by entity, and the construction of an interactive dashboard in ArcGIS Online, which visualizes the geographic distribution of urban planning licenses in the AMB territory. The work highlighted the importance of having integrated and reliable information, thus strengthening decision-making in territorial planning. Furthermore, the need to strengthen collaborative processes between entities and establish robust control and verification methodologies to ensure the quality of cadastral information was recognized.
