dc.description.abstractEl siguiente estudio presenta la factibilidad de creación de una empresa de repostería con productos innovadores en la población del corregimiento de Papayal, bajo Rionegro. El propósito de la factibilidad está dirigida a resolver la necesidad de una empresa repostera para la región con la idea de satisfacer la necesidad de consumo de productos de repostería con el componente diferenciador de ser elaborados por mujeres. Este estudio comienza con el análisis del sector, en donde se puede ver la evolución del sector, las tendencias del mismo y la identificación de oportunidades y amenazas. Posteriormente se realiza el estudio de mercado, en el que se identificaron necesidades del mercado, se estimó la demanda efectiva equivalente a 234.624 libras de tortas anuales y una aceptación del proyecto en un 95.1%. El estudio técnico permitió calcular la capacidad utilizada, la cual fue de 12.778 libras de torta para el primer año. Así mismo se realizó el estudio administrativo en el que se describe la forma como estará estructurada la planta personal del proyecto. Finalmente, se aplicó el estudio financiero en el cual se obtuvo la tasa interna de retorno, arrojando un 39.58% y el valor presente neto es de $91.003.261. Concluyendo así, la probable viabilidad del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following study presents the feasibility of creating a pastry company with innovative products in the small town of Papayal, Bajo Rionegro, Santander. The purpose of feasibility is aimed at solving the need for a pastry company for the region with the idea of satisfying the need for consumption of pastry products with the differentiating component of being made by women. This study begins with the analysis of the sector, where it is seen the evolution of the sector, its trends and the identification of opportunities and threats. Subsequently, the market study was carried out, in which market needs were identified, the effective demand equivalent to 234,624 pounds of cakes per year was estimated, and project acceptance was 95.1%. After that, the technical study allowed us to calculate the used capacity, which was 12,778 pounds of cake for the first year. Likewise, the administrative study was carried out in which the project staff will be structured as described. Finally, the financial study was applied in which the internal rate of return was obtained, returning 39.58% and the net present value is $91,003,261. Thus, concluding the probable viability of the project.
