dc.description.abstract	Los procesos constructivos implementados al mejoramiento de la red vial terciaria tienen como objetivo la intercomunicación terrestre de la población rural, permitiendo mejorar la calidad del transporte en nuestro país. Sin embargo, se presentan factores incidentes que limitan el cumplimiento de los cronogramas, generando inconvenientes en alcance, tiempos y costos para el desarrollo estimado de las obras. Lo anterior, incentiva a que empresas del sector de la construcción tomen la iniciativa de implementar nuevos sistemas y técnicas para el seguimiento y control en la ejecución de sus proyectos, con el objetivo de incrementar productividad en los procesos. El presente trabajo describe la práctica empresarial como auxiliar para el seguimiento del proyecto Placa Huellas en ejecución de la empresa SEINGECOL S.A.S, efectuando apoyo a las labores propias de seguimiento del proyecto y presentando una propuesta de la implementación de algunos de los componentes de la técnica del Ultimo Planificador, que permite aportar a la mejora en los cronogramas de obra y llevar el control de lo que se está haciendo bien y lo que se podría hacer mejor.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The construction processes implemented to improve the tertiary road network have as their objective the terrestrial intercommunication of the rural population, allowing to improve the quality of transport in our country. However, there are incidental factors that limit compliance with the schedules, generating inconveniences in scope, time and costs for the estimated development of the works. The foregoing encourages companies in the construction sector to take the initiative to implement new systems and techniques for monitoring and controlling the execution of their projects, with the aim of increasing productivity in the processes. The present work describes the business practice as an auxiliary for the follow-up of the Placa Huellas project in execution of the company SEINGECOL S.A.S, carrying out support for the own tasks of monitoring the project and presenting a proposal for the implementation of some of the components of the technique of the Ultimate Planner, which allows you to contribute to the improvement of work schedules and keep track of what is being done well and what could be done better.
