dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto corresponde a un trabajo investigativo realizado en el marco de un seminario alemán, con el propósito de optar por el título de Trabajadoras Sociales. Tiene como objetivo, conocer la tendencia de participación política de las mujeres en Colombia en la rama del poder legislativo a nivel nacional desde el año 2000 a 2022; éste, se encuentra fundamentado y adaptado, bajo el proceso metodológico de investigación cualitativa, de Flores, Gómez y Jiménez (1999) y, a través de la técnica de investigación documental, cuyo propósito es la construcción de nuevos conocimientos sobre el tema consultado (Hurtado, 2008). En este sentido, se realizan nueve sesiones de seminario y dos entrevistas, mediante las cuales se socializa la información y se obtiene nuevo material. Los hallazgos encontrados permiten categorizar la información por medio de tres (3) ejes de análisis: I) factores que promueven la participación política, destacándose allí, la desnaturalización de los estereotipos de género, la legislación, las mujeres en el conflicto armado, eventos sociales históricos y la voluntad política; II) retos en la participación política colombiana, donde se desarrollan aspectos como la cultura patriarcal, violencia política, invisibilidad y normativa enfocada en los hombres; y, III) aportes de las mujeres en el legislativo, desde el cual se resalta, el desarrollo normativo, la transversalización del género y las escuelas de sensibilización. A partir de lo anterior, desde este seminario de investigación se puede concluir que el reconocimiento de los derechos políticos de la mujer ha sido una lucha histórica en la que se han presentado múltiples obstáculos, sin embargo, la unión femenina ha permitido alcanzar grandes logros tanto en materia legislativa, como social y cultural. Asimismo, se pueden visibilizar los aportes que han hecho las mujeres desde la rama legislativa a través de la inclusión del enfoque de género en los debates políticos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project corresponds to an investigative work, carried out within the framework of a German seminar, with the purpose of opting for the title of Social Workers. Its objective is to know the trend of political participation of women in Colombia in the branch of legislative power at the national level from the year 2000 to 2022; This is based and adapted, under the qualitative research methodological process of Flores, Gómez and Jiménez (1999) and through the documentary research technique, whose purpose is the construction of new knowledge on the subject consulted (Hurtado, 2008). In this sense, nine seminar sessions and two interviews are held, through which the information is shared and new material is obtained. The findings found, allow to categorize the information, through three (3) axes of analysis, I) factors that promote political participation, standing out there, the distortion of gender stereotypes, legislation, women in the armed conflict, historical social events and political will; II) challenges in Colombian political participation, where aspects such as patriarchal culture, political violence, invisibility and regulations focused on men are developed; and, III) contributions of women in the legislature, from which the regulatory development, gender mainstreaming and awareness schools are highlighted. Based on the above, from this research seminar, it can be concluded that the recognition of women's political rights has been a historical struggle in which multiple obstacles have arisen, however, the women's union has allowed great achievements to be achieved. , both in legislative, social and cultural matters; Likewise, the contributions that women have made from the legislative branch can be made visible through the inclusion of the gender approach in political debates.
