dc.description.abstractEste trabajo es el resultado final de la ejecución de la práctica social realizada en el Consultorio Jurídico adscrito a la Escuela de Derecho y Ciencia Política de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, la cual se deriva de la problemática que se venía presentando dentro del Consultorio de la universidad, donde no se contaba con ningún tipo de lineamiento respecto de la accesibilidad a los servicios ofrecidos por este; parámetro que permite proteger los derechos de las personas con discapacidad. Teniendo en cuanta que históricamente la sociedad Colombiana ha sido indiferente hacia este grupo de la población y en aras de contribuir a la realización de una verdadera inclusión social se busca que mediante el desarrollo de la práctica se logre remover las barreras de atención y comunicación, e identificar las barreras al entorno físico existentes en el Consultorio Jurídico y su Centro de Conciliación, que impiden que las PcD puedan acceder en condiciones de igualdad a los servicios ofrecidos por estos, con la doble finalidad de demostrar el compromiso que tiene la entidad con la sensibilización social, a través de sus practicantes, promoviendo la participación activa de los mismos en la protección de los Derechos fundamentales de estas personas y dar pleno cumplimiento con lo estipulado en la Convención sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad (CDPCD) y la normatividad nacional que la respalda.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work is the final result of the execution of the social practice carried out in the Legal Office attached to the School of Law and Political Science of the Industrial University of Santander, which derives from the problems that had been presented in the Office of the University, where there was no guideline regarding accessibility to the services offered by it; A parameter that protects the rights of persons with disabilities. Bearing in mind that historically the Colombian society has been indifferent to this group of the population and in order to contribute to the realization of a true social inclusion, it is sought that through the development of the practice it is possible to remove the barriers of attention and communication, and Identify the barriers to the physical environment existing in the Legal Office and its Conciliation Center, which prevent the DCs have equal access to the services offered by them, with the dual purpose of demonstrating the commitment that the entity has with awareness Through their practitioners, promoting their active participation in the protection of the fundamental Rights of these people and fully comply with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CDPCD) and national regulations Which supports it.
