dc.description.abstractFamilia Sistema Género- Pareja. RESUMEN Este estudio tiene como propósito identificar y describir los patrones de comunicación utilizados por las parejas de Oficiales y Suboficiales que residen en la Quinta Brigada de Bucaramanga, de acuerdo al género. De igual forma, esta investigación surge por el interés de corroborar los imaginarios de machismo, sometimiento y autoritarismo que se pueden llegar a presentar en torno a la comunicación que manejan los oficiales y suboficiales y sus familias. A su vez, para contribuir al Centro de Familia Militar información sobre la comunicación en pareja para que así puedan brindar herramientas a través de la orientación psicosocial y de los programas que se plantean para las familias pertenecientes al Ejército Nacional en la comprensión de la relación de pareja fomentando el respeto, la solidaridad, la resolución pacífica de conflictos y la comunicación para el mejoramiento en la calidad de vida. El enfoque metodológico del estudio es cuantitativo tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal, porque intenta analizar el fenómeno en un período de tiempo corto. El instrumento de recolección es la Escala Marital de Comunicación COMARI planteada en 1991 por Nina Estrella. Entre los hallazgos importantes se encuentra que la comunicación es regular o de poca frecuencia de acuerdo a las dimensiones de la prueba COMARI.
dc.description.abstractenglishFamily System Gender - Couple. ABSTRACT This study has as purpose to identify and describe the patterns of communication used by the military couples of the Fifth Brigade, according to gender. Similarly, this research arises interest corroborate the imaginaries of machismo, subjugation and authoritarianism that may be present on the communication that the officers and non-commissióned officers and their families handle. At the same time, to contribute to the center of family military information on communication as a couple so that can provide tools through psychosocial guidance and programs arising for families belonging to the national army in the understanding of the relationship by promoting respect, solidarity, peaceful conflict resolution and communication for the improvement in the quality of life. The methodological approach of the study is quantitative descriptive and of cross sectional, because it tries to analyze the phenomenon in a short period of time. The instrument of collection is the Scale of Marital communication - COMARI - raised in 1991 by Nina Estrella. Among the important finding is that the communication is regular or low frequency according to the dimensións of the test COMARI.
