Caracterización del perfil emprendedor de los estudiantes de tecnología empresarial de la sede Bucaramanga

dc.description.abstractSe elaboró un marco teórico sobre los perfiles de trabajador eficaz, intraemprendedor, emprendedor y emprendedor empresario y se construyó la metodología adecuada para realizar la caracterización del perfil emprendedor de los estudiantes de Tecnología Empresarial de primero a sexto semestre de la sede de Bucaramanga. Se diseñó el cuestionario para la recopilación de la información que se requería para la caracterización de los estudiantes de acuerdo a las habilidades y competencias con las que cuentan actualmente los estudiantes. Se identificó por medio de una metodología de investigación cuantitativa de tipo descriptivo con información de fuente primaria a partir de la aplicación de encuestas. Las encuestas se realizaron presencialmente en cada uno de los salones de los estudiantes y con el apoyo de la coordinación académica de Gestión Empresarial y Tecnología Empresarial, se enviaron virtualmente a los correos de los estudiantes de 1 a 6 semestres de Tecnología Empresarial que no asisten presencialmente. El total de la población del programa académico de Tecnología Empresarial es de 310 estudiantes y la muestra fue de 198 estudiantes. Los resultados obtenidos indican que los estudiantes de Tecnología Empresarial de primero a sexto semestre de la sede de Bucaramanga, se consideran con un perfil emprendedor, entre los que se destacaron son el perfil de trabajador eficaz y emprendedor y otros en menor medida como empresario e intraemprendedor. Los estudiantes de Tecnología Empresarial que participaron del estudio se definieron como trabajador eficaz (32%), intraemprendedor (14%), emprendedor (40%) y empresario (12%). Hay un pequeño margen de estudiantes que no saben (3%) que perfil emprendedor es el que los caracteriza pero que expresan que quieren llegar a ser intraemprendedor (20%), emprendedor (40%) y empresario (40%) y muy seguramente el programa de formación contribuirá para que cada estudiante se defina dentro de un perfil y lo potencialice.
dc.description.abstractenglishA theoretical framework was developed about the profiles of effective worker, intrapreneur, entrepreneur and enterprising entrepreneur and the appropriate methodology was constructed to make the characterization of the entrepreneurial profile of the students of Business Technology from first to sixth semester of the Bucaramanga headquarters. The questionnaire was designed to gather the information required to characterize the students according to the skills and competences currently available of the students. It was identified through a qualitative research methodology of descriptive type with primary source information from the surveys application. Thsupport of the academic coordination of Business Management and Business Technology, were sent virtually to the emails of the students from 1st to 6th semesters of Business Technology who do not attend in person. The total population of the Business Technology academic program is 310 students and the sample was 198 students. The obtained results indicate that the students of Business Technology from first to sixth semester of the Bucaramanga headquarters, if they are characterized with an entrepreneurial profile among those who stood out with the profile of effective and entrepreneurial worker and others to a lesser extent as entrepreneur and intrapreneur. The students of Business Technology who participated in the study were defined as an effective worker (32%), an intrapreneur (14%), an entrepreneur (40%) and an entrepreneur (12%). There is a small margin of students who do not know (3%) that the entrepreneurial profile is the one that characterizes them but that they express that they want to become intrapreneur (20%), entrepreneur (40%) and entrepreneur (40%) and very likely the Training program will help each student to define himself within a profile and potentialize it.
