Now, there are various goods that lead to various purposes, as the father manages, distributes and performs his duties among his children and wife, becomes the guide of his family, the politician will be the master and legislator of the polis. Thus, the parent uses the means of domination, power and authority to order their home while the politician to go in search of the good that is sufficient unto itself uses reason and the means of persuasión and rhetoric to establish balance and equity in the polis.
