dc.description.abstractDesde el reconocimiento de la importancia de la implementación y cumplimiento de normativas legales en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, el referente escrito busca contribuir al proceso de implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la Alcaldía Municipal de Cubará debido a la necesidad de iniciar con el cumplimiento de normativas en torno a este tema, así como la ejecución de su plan de implementación. Desde la política pública en materia de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo, el escrito contribuye como herramienta de apoyo a la entidad dado que permitirá dar cumplimiento a la normativa legal vigente, favoreciendo a la salud y bienestar del personal vinculado y los contratistas encargados de vincular directa e indirectamente a los empleados que laboran en la Alcaldía de Cubará.
dc.description.abstractenglishFrom the recognition of the importance of the implementation and compliance with legal regulations in the field of health and safety at work, the reference seeks to contribute in the process of implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the Municipal Government of Cubará due to the need to start with the fulfillment of this regulation, as well as the execution of its implementation. From the public policy on Health and Safety at work, the document as a support tool for the entity since it allowed the implementation of the current legal regulations, favoring the well-being of the linked personnel and the contractors in charge of directly and indirectly linking to the employees who work in the Government of Cubará.
