Reflexiones en torno a los procesos de ensenanza y aprendizaje

| dc.description.abstract | Una reflexión permanente frente a las transformaciones educativas que hoy exige la dinámica universitaria permite ubicarse al frente de la responsabilidad de repensar el trabajo docente y obliga a analizar y construir una enseñanza para la educación superior más contextualizada y que se traduzca en el desarrollo de habilidades didácticas y pedagógicas acordes a las necesidades actuales. En esta búsqueda se accede en el primer capítulo a una visión del aprendizaje desde el conductismo hasta las pedagogías activas, en un intento por desarraigar de nuestra práctica docente las viejas costumbres. En el segundo capítulo se expone la necesidad de una formación integral que abarque: Una formación en lo ético-moral profunda que deje de lado el paternalismo dependiente económico social. Una formación no solo en procesos cognitivos de índole verbal-grafica numérica, sino también cinético-corporales y afectivo-motivacionales. Una formación cognoscitiva actualizada de las diferentes áreas del conocimiento, en relación con sus tópicos s cruciales vistos desde la controversia, la motivación, la comprensión, la aplicación y con pertinencia al momento y la tradición histórica. En el tercer capítulo se aborda el tema de las competencias como complemento a la formación de seres humanos dentro de los procesos de la acción educativa como el resultado de un proceso de integración de habilidades y conocimientos; y en el capitulo cuarto se desarrollan algunas estrategias favorecedoras del aprendizaje, haciendo un comparativo entre los procedimientos didácticos convencionales y las nuevas opciones pedagógicas. Lo anterior servirá de base para responder interrogantes como: ¿Cuales son los principales tópicos alrededor de los cuales debe ocurrir la acción educativa para lograr una formación de calidad? ¿Que medios se deben emplear para lograr un mejor aprendizaje? ¿Cuál debe ser el papel del docente y del estudiante para que ocurran procesos más significativos? Se trata entonces de lograr una educación de calidad. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | A permanent reflection in front of the educational transformations demanded by the university dynamics allows to be located in front of the responsibility of re-thinking the educational job and it forces to analyze and to build a teaching for higher education which is deeply involved in a contextual frame and that it is translated in the development of didactic and pedagogic abilities according to the needs of the current society. In this search the first chapter leads to a vision of the learning from the behaviorism to the active pedagogies, in an intent to eradicate old customs from our educational practice. In the second chapter the necessity of an integral formation is exposed. This integral formation consist of: a deep ethicalmoral formation that gets rid of the social economic dependent paternalism. a formation not only on knowledge processes of numeric verbal-graphic nature, but also kinetic-corporal and the ones related with affection and motivation-. an up-to-date cognitive formation of the different areas of the knowledge, in connection with their topics or crucial contents seen from the controversy, the motivation, the understanding, the application and with relevancy to the moment and the historical tradition. In the third chapter it is approached the topic of the competitions like complement to the formation of human beings inside the processes of the educational action as the result of a process of integration of abilities and knowledge; and in the fourth chapter some strategies in favor of the learning are developed, making a comparative between the conventional didactic procedures and the new pedagogic options. The above-mentioned will serve as base to respond queries like: Which the main topics are around which it should happen the educational action to achieve a formation of quality? What means should be used to achieve a better learning? Which the paper of the teacher should be and which the one of the student so that more significant processes happen?
