dc.description.abstractProyecto de creación artística que parte os sucesos de Bucaramanga que se dieron durante la época del federalismo en Colombia, especialmente las acciones que provocó el discurso político de la sociedad democrática conocida como LOS PICO DE ORO, sobre la villa Bumanguesa. La propuesta tomó las imágenes del discurso político que se encontraron en los medios, para trasladarlas al pasado santandereano y notar la preexistencia del discurso manipulador dentro de los modelos económicos y políticos nacionales. El proyecto usó 21 imágenes en láminas de bronce, donde se articuló el ejercicio de traer a la memoria, con la necesidad de nombrar LOS PICOS DE ORO actuales. La técnica que se utiliza en la propuesta plástica es el dibujo en bajo relieve sobre una lámina de bronce, fue necesario apropiarse de términos contemporáneos de 1880 para hacer del proyecto una creación anacrónica entre las imágenes que son de la actualidad y el texto que conteniente las piezas, el cual sus cortas frases hace referencia a la historia de LOS PICOS DE ORO que es el pasado del pueblo santandereano , de este modo podernos recordar este tiempo circular donde el discurso político se ha repetido al igual que en las historias de Gabriel García Marque hemos estado condenados a repetir los mismo errores.
dc.description.abstractenglishProject of artistic creation that starts from local history. It examines "The events of Bucaramanga" that occurred during the time of federalism in Colombia, especially the actions that triggered the political discourse of the democratic society known as LOS PICOS DE ORO, on the Bucaramanga´s people. The proposal took the images of the political discourse found in the media, to transfer them to the Santanderean past and to note the preexistence of the manipulative discourse within the national economic and political models. The project used 21 images in bronze sheets, which articulated the exercise of bringing back to memory with the need to name the current PICOS DE ORO. The technique used in the plastic proposal is the drawing in low relief on a bronze plate, it was necessary to appropriate contemporary terms of 1880 to make the project an anachronistic creation between the images that are of the present time and the text that contains the Pieces, which his short sentences refers to the story of LOS PICOS DE ORO that is the past of the santanderian people, so that we can remember this circular time where the political speech has been repeated as in the stories of Gabriel García Márquez We have been condemned to repeat the same mistakes.
